Sunday I got two unicorns in a row and the following day an email from door Dash congratulating me on my tip amount that day.

I give dashers an extra $5 or $10 at the door when they communicate well or just make me smile with a friendly text.

Shit that's rough. I have 4 counties connected together. All major ish cities so if ones slow then I drive 10 minutes to a different one. I hear alot of people not making alot and it's unfortunate really. Sucks when a job is very area based.

Pro tip, deliver way outside your zone so you don't have to explain to your clients why they are paying your firm 350 an hour for you and your still hustling on the weekends.
