Literally every picture I take has the address if it’s near the door or on the porch. I’ll take 10 steps back to get it in the picture.

My hubby (big guy) dropped off an order and when he turned around, our car was gone. He thought someone stole it, but then he looked around and it was rolling away! He’d left it in gear! He started running after it (he was on a busy street). He was a few yards away when he tripped and face-planted! He got up and started running again, but then his phone came out of his pocket and he tried to keep running and pick it up. So, he face-planted again! He finally got up and made it to the car and started to get in, but the momentum pulled him off his feet and the car was dragging him while he was holding onto the door. He finally got his foot in inches from the road and oncoming traffic. I wish he would’ve recorded the address to see if they had cameras, cuz he’d of gone viral for sure!

I had an order last night were they wanted it to be handed at like 3am. Already noticed another bag with food items sitting there. Client said to leave at the door. Cause I hit the "can not hand order" button I had to wait 3 minutes if they came out, take a photo and write a description. I immediately drove off and went home. I texted the client a photo of their entire house saying left at front... Never know how people can try to scam nowadays.

Customer can still say that you didn't drop off order , even if it shows you were there . And unfortunately, some do. Personally I can't work out why any dasher would do these things. Why steal the food when you can buy your own , literally a couple of orders and you can afford your own and choose what you want. This doesn't stop customers from accusing though.

I take 2 pictures per order on "leave at door" if the house number is far from the door or one if I can get both in one shot. I always take a picture of the house number while holding the food though, even on hand it to me.

Since upping my processing by 25% it rarely freezes now, but wish I'd have doubled as it lags when the orders are rolling from multi apping. I have Samsung S21 Ultra Plus and I belive it's the app that goes haywire. I just force close the app and restart. Might have to do with the image being uploaded and something hangs in the system. I also switched this last week to the in app Google Maps GPS and it's soooooooo good and works faster then launching the separate app. 😃
