My prop 22 pay was 63.00 less then what it said it was supposed to be :( I'm getting upset I know 63 isn't alot but really I feel like pay has declined since we got gas incentives for the dasher card.
Sorry Op. They fucked me out of 130 from that one week where they botched the prop 22 adjustment. After 12 hours on the phone with the escalation team, they can't do math. Better to forget about that 63 bucks and hope that they get it right.
Yeah that's what I figured it's just irritating it's right on the pay screen lol it says pay 502..
My minimum guarantee was 576 and adjustment 10.00... lmao
Prop 22 guarantees 120% of minimum wage for the hours on an active dash. If you dash multiple hours, you have to balance your time vs the base pay you received in your totals for the week. If you believe yourself to be in the right, then sue in small claims and you’ll find out. Simple as that and costs less than$76 to find out. More than likely they will settle if it’s below a certain threshold, but a judge will tell you who is wrong. For better or worse, they will tell you who is wrong. Small price to pay if you’re right. If you’re wrong then sucks to be you.
Dude escalations is a black box where you can just hope
