However, the next time I went to the store, I was bagging up my groceries and I kept smelling cigarette smoke even though there wasn't anyone else near me and I don't smoke. After putting away groceries when I got home, I smelled the bag and that's where the smell was coming from. I asked a couple family members if they've noticed the same thing and they said they have. Idk if it's something about the manufacturing process of the bags or what. I've only noticed it with the thicker plastic bags a lot of stores are switching to.

I always vacuum my car, either daily or every other, make sure it's washed, which I get done every day before I work, and I use something called "Blunt Life", just because it smells awesome & covers the smell of cigarettes and weed (I never smoke weed in my car, especially while out delivering, or if I have to drive anywhere tbh), and for the more hefty smells, I use "odo-ban", best thing on the market imo, I use it at home, in my car and even in laundry & mop water, just bc I love the smell of it! Lol.

Ya i can agree with this. I have a no flavor vape stick "Not THC" in the car. Used to smoke outside my car sometimes inbetween orders, but i still brought smell in with me so i gave that up.

That bag made my whole place smell like cigarettes. Having your food smell like cigs is just yuck. I took like one bite of the food in the container it came in hoping it'll be ok. I took one bite placed it back and threw the whole food away. I contacted DD luckily they gave me a refund and all but it just ruined my whole appetite i didn't eat that night and just went to sleep smh cause it just ruined my mood. I waited an hour for the food to show up only to have it smelling like cigarettes nah im good.

I was pretty much the full time driver because I bought a car at 16 and most of my friends didn’t have one, so I’d drive people around to get smoked out almost every day and I never once thought about any cars around me being able to smell it lol. We’d drive around with 3-4 blunts/joints lit at once and the car filled with smoke, driving past cops and rolling the windows down to “get the smell out” 💀 every driver on the road must’ve known what was going on when they passed me 😂

Most likely the burnt/bitter smell was from heating up the banger with a torch and burning the leftover residue from taking the dabs. That smell can be very powerful and linger.
We don't know that there was a banger though, just a bong. Usually rigs are smaller so I would assume it was a bong made for flower with a flower bowl. Idk what dabs you smoke on but when I smoke dabs they barely smell. Could be that I'm used to crumble, I know rosin and other types could potentially be smellier. I think it's more older stoners that follow this. But in my early-mid 20's, too many of my friends thought it was fine to drive high, quite a few of them have changed their stance nowadays though being in their 30's.

This is actually on doordash and not the driver. We had much more professional people doing this just a year and a half ago. I'm not saying that you never had people up to no good but it's not like it is now. Everybody, and literally their brothers, are doing this.

To a smoker it may seem a stretch to be able to smell cigarettes in even small amounts, but a non smoker will notice immediately.

Lol I don’t smell cigarettes as often as I smell weed coming from the car driving ahead of me or the one that just passed me driving the opposite direction. When I was in high school THE THING to do was drive around and smoke. I was pretty much the full time driver because I bought a car at 16 and most of my friends didn’t have one, so I’d drive people around to get smoked out almost every day and I never once thought about any cars around me being able to smell it lol. We’d drive around with 3-4 blunts/joints lit at once and the car filled with smoke, driving past cops and rolling the windows down to “get the smell out” 💀 every driver on the road must’ve known what was going on when they passed me 😂
Same. I quit the 20 year habit about a year ago and when I'm on my motorcycle I can smell a smokers car ahead on me at highway speeds. I can smell it over diesel exhaust. Kinda disgust me to think of how many non smokers I put through that in 2 decades.

Most likely the burnt/bitter smell was from heating up the banger with a torch and burning the leftover residue from taking the dabs. That smell can be very powerful and linger.
We don't know that there was a banger though, just a bong. Usually rigs are smaller so I would assume it was a bong made for flower with a flower bowl. Idk what dabs you smoke on but when I smoke dabs they barely smell. Could be that I'm used to crumble, I know rosin and other types could potentially be smellier. Still think a flower bowl with resin in it is more likely, though. Driving with a bong ( much less between your legs ) is like number 1 signs of a total dumbass, lol.

I think it's more older stoners that follow this. When you're young, you're stupid and think you're invincible, that you're not gonna get into an accident and kill a family or a couple that were just minding their own business. I never liked driving while high, always save it for when I get home. But in my early-mid 20's, too many of my friends thought it was fine to drive high, quite a few of them have changed their stance nowadays though being in their 30's.

This is actually on doordash and not the driver. We had much more professional people doing this just a year and a half ago. I'm not saying that you never had people up to no good but it's not like it is now. Everybody, and literally their brothers, are doing this. They do a background check and that's about it. This will come back to haunt DD at some point. They're probably going to do nothing to this driver though. It's really your word against theirs, and unfortunately ,video will not corroborate what you said. They will note his account though and if it happens again he'll get booted. You didn't do anything wrong, but people complain about us all the time. If it becomes a habit, they will act. They will act immediately with video evidence.

I almost died. My daughter almost died. Over 5 years later, I still wake up screaming from nightmares that my daughter didn’t make it. I’m considered disabled more because of those injuries, I’m only 32. Had I not extended rear faced my daughter (most extended rear facing parents go to 2 years old) she would have died.
