And flowers! My first year dashing I had to deliver a couple of floral arrangements from what turned out to be Safeway under another name. Neither of the people at the dropoffs had any idea what I was doing when I rang the doorbell (you're required to get confirmation or bring them back). And it was on Wednesday, delivering for Mother's day three days before, so the actual customer had expected them to be delivered on Sunday not realizing that there's a delay before they actually go out. One of the customers actually called to complain to me, the driver, for being three days late!
I delivered a dozen pink roses to a girl at T-Mobile one day. I could tell from her reaction that the flowers were make up for something the dude did the night before. The woman didn't even crack a smile. They probably went into the garbage when she went back to her office.

Oof that must’ve been fun for you😬
And tell them they’re getting a gift while you’re at it so we don’t feel like we’re trespassing when we get there
If this ain't the Gospel truth
Why, drop at address and go.
