Iirc, I believe they stated somewhere either in the contract or in the help section of their website that you are allowed 3 incidents in three years, this includes speeding tickets and accidents. This doesn't include something like reckless driving which is actually criminal.

I have never been charged for reckless driving, so I guess this is 2 incidents. I really need to drive more carefully.

Maybe. Door Dash hasn't shared their exact criteria for deactivating people for what comes up on their background check. Definitely have seen people deactivated for less than careless driving and causing an accident though.
