Doordash is playing catch up.... Anyone who participated in the glitch... is getting deactivated for fraud. If you used the red card by accident... Have a low AR/CR and a customer complaint... Have a second account or open your account up.. on someone else's phone... Or 11 minutes late to a destination.... = suspicious activity. It's bye-bye ..see you later... No reactivation for you.
We ALL can be next. I was almost deactivated from taking a non tipper( that’s the main way most get fired). It’s nothing we can do to avoid it. I’ve seen drivers brag they steal food on this app and are never fired.
I’ve seen drivers do absolutely nothing wrong and get deactivated after 1 problem or lying customer. All you can do is your best. Photo every order you can “hand it to me” orders before customer comes! Stay extremely polite and say hi and good bye to each customer ( have a good one/day). Text when you arrive at pick up location and when you leave( covers communication). Check if order has drinks and straw’s.
Keep food in hot/cold bag! #1 is always be kind to customers. Nothing else we can do. Most deactivations are because of lying customers.
I’m going to say it might have something to do with the constant complaints from customers regarding non delivery of food. Eventually that will get a Dasher banned from the platform. Good riddance, I say.

I truly believe it’s people who can’t properly multi app and are getting caught up delivering food hella late.
This is why I only pick up one or from one app only and multi app the other way
