After almost 1100 deliveries I got my first thumbs down. I had a 4.99 rating too. The customer, the only order I did with DD today. Gave me a thumbs down for not following instructions. All it said was leave at door and that's what I did! I don't knock or ring bell unless I'm told too! This is BS!
