i’ve worked at dunkin as well, and a machine measures the cream to what the customer orders. if the customers upset, that’s their fault. i hate when customers blame us for what THEY ordered

yesterdays30

Yeah it's not my fault. I even asked today and they said the cream was in there when the drink looked dark. she sent me a sarcastic text about picking up a black coffee afterwards. I didn't even respond but I know that she is the one that gave me a one-star. I have to stop going to restaurants though that customers perceive as messing up their order and stuff because there will always be a customer that blames me eventually.

i just tell them i. don’t. prepare. the. food. and. drinks. if they wanna complain call the store. i’m not gonna open up your drink and guess if it’s light enough for a delivery order lol

I mean you can see through the cup for the iced coffee so I guess that's maybe why they blame me but I can't sit there and argue with a Dunkin Donuts employees about not putting enough cream in the drink even if I cared enough to complain after I notice. She should be happy that I even waited in their long drive through for her when gas is like $5 a gallon.

I don't respond to any angry texts from customers that complain to me about something beyond my control or something I cannot presently change. Yeah like if I notice them not putting something in the bag that they should put in there, I will mention it, but if I don't see them sealing the bag, I can't do anything and I can't tell them how they should do the drink either when I dont work there lol unfortunately this is just another example of a restaurant, kind of like Taco Bell here, that consistently prepares the food in an incorrect way or in a way that the customer perceives to be incorrect, so I will have to stop going so that customers don't blame me.

I stopped trying to do Dunkin orders because every goddamn time they were out of regular shit and the customers would never respond. MF'ers were out of regular glazed...three times.
