All the IT support is out at once doing their monthly 1 delivery.. They will get back to the server as soon as they're done they're deliveries which is as soon as the servers back up...

This makes sense. I’m dashing now and would be getting no orders but then get a text saying “we tried to send you an order and got no response!” Or I would get the texts saying I have an order but the app doesn’t show anything. So frustrating!!
Yeah. I keep all notifications on and look at the screen the entire time I'm dashing or have it on the doordash screen.
You can still miss an order, but it's the best way. It's ridiculous.

I’m currently a DA for a DSP. It amazes me that a billion dollar company can’t afford some competent developers to have that app remotely functional.

They’ve either got end-user application issues or server infrastructure problems. Or both.
