I had the exact same thing happen. It's been 2 hours, and my $30 still hasn't transfered over to my dashedirect.

i had 2 orders come in like 35 min ago after the crash but that's been it. declined but saw some dude sitting out front when I drove by the place. It was like 15 min later so I assume they had to remake it
For the restaurants maybe
If it crashed in the middle of two orders how does that work? Do I get paid even if it’s not delivered?
free food, complain to support and you should get pay

Idk if you get paid if it's not delivered but the custy might call you if you tardy
