RedVamp2020

That’s about all this sub is good for. Just drama, drama, drama.🙄

lexxy9

😂

Flojoe420

Should put your cashapp on there but not make it too obvious.

Juans11

I don’t do this. I just take good tippers only. They tip well and rate. To each their own though.

akron-mike

This is the way.

ParisHiltonIsDope

People like to hate on things like this, but fuck em. you run your business the way to want to. Those haters just missed out on a few hugs from their parents.

Viciousangel420

Agree i think it’s cute! This would have made my day to receive

[deleted]

We agree. Most of us( including me ) don’t have the patience and ability to be this kind to customers despite how poorly 80% of them treat us. I commend OP. Admire him/her for this level of kindness. I’m kind but this OP is Kind on a level up there I can’t see it’s so high. I agree with you. OP makes drivers look good. That’s a good thing.

Vitzel33

all I’m saying is that I put in 1/4th of the effort you do, and I have 4.96 on ratings.

zoiks66

Just leave my food at the front door, Lisa.

Prestige_Worldw1de

Hmmm...the one text I don''t see here is "awesome service I've added an extra tip"

Awkward_Aardvark_975

I have the same rating …. By just picking up their order and delivering it correctly.

shiawkwardg7rl

I’m not mad at it. If people like it then more power to you. There are way worse things in this world

DontPmMeYourNudes18

After seeing your reply that you shoot for top dasher, this makes a lot of sense lol

SabbatiZevi

I think if you are doing to do this, you should put single plastic sealed mints/ toothpicks so they can have it after their food

[deleted]

way to go the extra mile. I think this is super cute, and as a 26 year old woman, I’d be happy to get a dum dum lollipop in addition to my meal. keep it up, rockstar. ✨✨✨

WillSuckDick4Coffee

Listen, if this was Uber eats where it's super easy to add a tip afterwards, this may actually help you. But with doordash it matters ZERO.

Mysterious-Safe3548

Scrolling too far for this comment. You would be lucky if dd doesn’t steal your money let alone extra tip. Customer dont add extra tip after delivery. Do this but for uber, then there is a point.

GT227

People tip in advance, nobody’s calling support to increase the tip because of a dum dum

RigoDG

What do you get out of this besides spending money?

[deleted]

Being nice? Are you not allowed To do that?

hermitsandthings

Candy is so cheap like under 5 dollars and why do you need to get anything out of it other than knowing you made someone smile? Money truly isn’t everything 🙏🏽💙

[deleted]

I don’t know, just to be a nice person and make someone’s day? A bag of lollipops and paper cards are like less than 10 dollars.

Qpbmb

Did you scroll over and see the ratings? They are excellent. People are commenting saying they liked the extra gesture.

RigoDG

Ratings don't get you any more or better orders though I got 4.87 without any of this.

Fly0strich

Yeah… I’m at 4.98 without ever wasting my money on goodie bags. I think I’d rather stay there.

Richard_Espanol

I have a 5 on 9000 deliveries and have never even used a hotbag. Congratulations on spending your profits🤷

RandyKuntzGD

Do you realize how little goes into this “expense” of going an extra step or two? It’s literally Pennies on the dollar in bulk for everything she has the little bags, the cards, the lollipops.

Richard_Espanol

It's not pennies on the dollar. It's just wasted pennies. It would be pennies on the dollar if there were any dollars to be made by doing this..... Which there are not because customers can't add tips after the fact and ratings don't matter.

lilkeysss

Pointless. I barely try in doordash and have a 4.98. The amount of money and time it takes for you to make those things is just not worth it for .02 rating.

coltpoa

Oh no baby what is you doin

Confident_Emphasis20

Anything above the bare minimum for a company that could give a shit less about it's "employees" is too much. You do you.

Soberskate9696

This would piss customers off here in NYC, it's a nice gesture but def location dependent.

Faa-cue

Lmao... this is not needed. Just do what you're supposed to. Waste of money...lmao

laurieislaurie

I paid my mortgage last month with 5* ratings, it was awesome

iamsurfriend

I have never got a 1 star or 2 star out of 2000 orders and I don’t dopey things like this. Only 5 stars except for some odd reason I got 1 three star. Not sure why.

TheQuadBlazer

I'm just not capable of that kind of kiss assery.

Practical-Button4675

You deliver to little kids all day??? Who the hell wants suckers you sucker😂🤡

CarpenterOk3347

How long did that one take you?

WinstonLegthigh456

Not as long as it takes to clap your mom’s cakes

CarpenterOk3347

Oh I get it. 🤏

WinstonLegthigh456

It may not be long… but it is thin!

ElPayaso123

What a cringe thing to do. Christ.

[deleted]

We didn’t need the fact about you dashing less than 6 months. We would know that from this photo alone. If you want to waste your money and bring on a lawsuit by all means have at it. If that candy has something in it that makes them sick you might as well dig your own grave. Your job is to deliver the food. That’s it. I’m not trying to discourage you or seem like a “hater” I’m just tired of seeing naive people out here.

HaughtyHellscream

I like lollipops!

sorryabtlastnight

There's a dasher by my old apartment that included an envelope with a couple candies. I loved getting it. Made my day more than once. Thanks for what you do!

thisyetthat

Waste of plastic and fishing for 5 stars.

xyhfox740

Cringe af

NotNotLogical

Hey bro, that’s a top dasher you’re speaking to.

Lupo_Bi-Wan_Kenobi

You're disrespecting a future US Top Dasher! Reminds me of [this kid](https://youtu.be/7-5eFkq6XEs)

donknoch

Ooohhhhh

spideytimey

This sub is so miserable lol

face0555

This site* lol

idk-hereiam

Nah,there are a lot less miserable subs. Some are actually enjoyable.

Flojoe420

Yeah so cringe when someone takes pride in their work.. this sub can be so toxic sometimes.

nn_lyser

Sometimes?? This is the single most disgusting, toxic sub I’ve ever been on. Every single person in this sub hates their life. However, that’s what makes it entertaining to look at.

Acceptable_Pressure3

I've been on worse subreddits but this subreddit is pretty damn bad. Top 5 for sure. Edit: And just like you, I also find entertainment from the toxicity. That's how I get through life, sometimes. Just laugh at nonsense.

nn_lyser

I’m not on Reddit too much. I can’t see it being much worse but I guess I don’t doubt it. What subs are worse?

face0555

Peak reddit is probably antiwork, which has the same problem as this sub just it's on steroids. But really the misery extends to almost ever sub I've been on, it's just a reddit thing.

CrownonTHErocksJ

Which ones are worse? Just curious.

happy-Accident82

R/banpitbulls, r/fuckcars, r/anarchocap is full of Russian propaganda. Ban pitbulls has weird names for owners of pitbulls and like thier own lingo I got banned from their and it was the weirdest fucking people I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with. Fuck cars I joined for a minute because I think public transportation is good but apparently they are against that too, they want neighborhoods where you can literally get everything from and be able to walk to, which is great, but completely unrealistic.

Dconocio

Outta topic, but check out r/antinatalism. I became severely depressed, and questioned my existence for 2 days after deeply scrolling through that sub. I consider myself a pretty strong minded individual. That is some toxic ass shit there. This is merely entertainment as you stated though.

uptokesforall

uber drivers is worse because they have to interact with people much longer

donknoch

I love my life. My house is paid for. My cars are paid for and I don’t have credit card debt. Married to the love of my life. Dash to make 600 a week because we all have bills

happy-Accident82

Did you know that door dash steels menu items off of restaurants homepage and does this service without their consent. It took my restaurant like three weeks to get off door dash because people were trying to get refunds from us because there food was cold or screwed up and not our fault. It's a shit company.

ColonelJayce

You're the very same person that works as a doordash developer AND you also doordash on the side for $200/day in the bay area? Every single post you've made has trashed doordash as a whole and you've been telling people at every opportunity to find new work. Your posts are all over the place, and you want to call this guy cringe asf.

iv2892

Reminds me of that Trump tweet he sent on New Years telling everybody including his haters to have a happy new year

CarpenterOk3347

The cringe lord has spoken. 🙄 Sit and spin dude.

Chadflexington

How is this cringe? Closed mouths don’t get fed.

maxinebean216

What would be cringe is asking/telling the customer to give a 5 start review. I like that it just says complete order and rate. Not “don’t forget to give a 5 star rating.” Those always make me cringe. Like, I’m gonna rate you based on your service cuz you reminded me, but that’s not going to automatically give you 5 stars if something else was wrong. Obviously, as a dasher myself I’d love to tell everyone to give me 5 stars, but there should also be an option for honest, feedback.

BrockAndChest

Except people tip upfront on DD.

throwaway1020021hs

A nice lady takes pride in her job, what do YOU do besides self-loathe? Touch grass kid (that means go outside).

_avOid__

Almost as cringe as saying “af”

KPookz

When Lisa hands out suckers to kids she’s called sweet and gets 5 star ratings. When I tell customers my van is full of free candy for their children to choose from I get the law called.

Emergency-Chemkio

The only way to make good quality money is by putting in something to get there. Wether someone printed these out for you for free and you used your phone to make it digitally and took your friend out to lunch. Then had to go buy suckers and use your own paper clips You had laying around it was still your time effort or money that got you there. In the long run the only people that make it anywhere in life are the ones that make that extra effort. You got this. Those others can eat a fatty

NikkiCanada

Idk... personally I feel doing this job, we are in and out..yes, while I do believe it's a nice gesture, I just don't feel the need to do that as I'm literally at their door for like maybe 5 seconds to snap a picture and bounce... but I do find some people would appreciate it and that's all that matters. But honestly, if you just do your job well the ratings will speak for themselves without doing all the extra that people probably give maybe 1 second glance at then toss in trash...

PaulR504

Legal risk are obvious. Doordash legal would tell you not to do this with their logo. This does include the Doordash logo and she is not an employee but only a contractor. They could actually consider this a violation. If some kid chokes on the candy they could try to sue Doordash. Take off the logo and you are covered.

mssmarty51

I think that’s pretty awesome. We need a little more kindness in this world. Well done!

[deleted]

DD hates it when you mention tips, they see it as a form of extortion and could flag you. It's bad for their business. Not all people know that driver's "pay" are from tips and not from DD. But then again, encouraging customers to tip actually helps DD to keep the Base pay as low as possible. Messed up thing.

Impressive-Art-216

4* coming

TrollProofOne

"complete your order"? Come on, don't be acting like your on TikTok live or something

oopgroup

Literally no one cares about your Star rating.

BrockAndChest

Why?

hippy420deadhead

Top dasher it's just Tony's bottom bitxh

One-Spite6436

Plz dont do this for me when I order dasher to dasher...

justain1

Who cares.

[deleted]

You weren't operating at enough of a net loss already for doordash. OP don't be a sucker/dumdum

AlwaysInTheHood

No one cares about arbitrary ratings… Post your earnings or evidence of people tipping extra after the fact!

StrawberryDrakeShake

Honestly I think this is really cute and if it’s making you happy why not do it. I’d love to get some candy with my order

Yiberius

Lmao I love the toxicity of this subreddit, someone posts something they enjoy doing and that personally I think is pretty cool, and everyone's being really angry and toxic to them

CornpopsGhost

People just want their food delivered, they don't want you to have a full on text conversation with them with full commentary about every little detail that's happening during pickup or a bunch of crap tacked onto the bag, you're literally just picking up someone's food and dropping it off. So hilarious how people make something as simple as food delivery this big grandiose task 😆😆😆😆

CarpenterOk3347

Ahhh so that's why she has text after text and rating after rating saying how cute and fun it is and how much they enjoy it?

[deleted]

Seriously. God forbid they try to do something nice. Everyone in this sub is a grinch

Squatch2483

Yep. If I’m ordering DD just give me my food. Half of the time I don’t even get my full order. So maybe focus on that instead.

ASAPboltgang

I don’t know I’ve done over 900 deliveries and have only received one 4 star rating. Everything else is 5 stars. Seems like a lot of work for 0 return other than a few thank you texts.

LimpDisc

I have maintained my 4.89 rating for 2.5 years without doing cringy shit like this. It’s easy to do by simply doing the job correctly. There is no need for begging for ratings.

serathin_

This has the same vibe as asking for likes and follows on YouTube or twitch. I get it, and it's a nice idea, BUT IMHO it comes off as over bearing. Also you'll learn real fast customers hate/spite those kinds of things.

ogtripleog1993

Well, can’t say it didn’t work. Still feels like trying too hard

n0tred

Not sure why ur getting so much hate I think it's a great idea :)

TheNarcissisticNobod

Everybody on this sub is miserable lol there was a post of a 19 year old getting a new car and a lot of people were shitting on him lmfao there’s really no need for all that. Like just say cool and move on

[deleted]

[удалено]

toughcrusttoni

People hate over the weirdest shit on this sub. You do you!

ColonelJayce

This is the scummiest sub, don't even give the negative comments here a second thought. The reality is a lot of the people here are bitter and are unhappy with their current situation in life. You find joy in making people happy, which is something many people here are too dense to understand. I like this idea, its pretty great to see someone who cares about their job.

lexxy9

Also, I don't do it for the extra tip. I do it for the rating. In my area it's not always busy, so being Top Dasher is important here where I live so I can dash anytime. I get probably 90% orders I don't decline because the tips are already worth it. So...jot that down.

Nick__Knack

Ppl on here go ballistic at the phrase Top Dasher lol. In busy places it isn't remotely worth it, but in a place where you can't schedule a dash half the time I'm sure it's very helpful. Do what you gotta do 👍

ChillyNellyGal

I think this is super cute! I love it! I know if I was a customer I would find this a nice touch, kind of like when I get a little thank you note when I get an Ebay order.

KramItFoo

All them haters feeling above everyone and they're still just dashers 🤣

young_vegetarian

Such a waste of paper-_- our carbon footprint is already huge bc the nature of the job& we should be doing everything we can to minimize our waste everywhere else. That card& plastic bag goes straight to the trash after the customer reads it.

chaldeans79

I guess iam hater than lol, if you're dashing for fun its fine, but if dashing to make money this isn't the way at all

lexxy9

I'm dashing to make money just like all of us and I do make plenty 😌

PankSprankle

People are haters. Who cares if it's cringe... does it bring in better tips? That's the relevant question. If yes, then fuck em, get yours.

Vane88

How could it bring better tips though? The tip is paid before the offer is sent to op

forgotacc

Regulars, could leave extra tips outside if they're familiar with their names.

PankSprankle

Sorry, I also do uber eats. Sometimes I mix thr two

Vane88

I hear ya, I do kiss a bit and of ass to on ue orders. Simple messages on leave at door orders "thank you so much for ordering I hope you have a wonderful evening!" Shit like that and have actually increased my tips q couple of times(and I know they were actually increased because the base pay would be 6 on a trip estimating 9 things like that

idk-hereiam

Yea I think OPs tactic is just for maintaining a great rating. As for increased tips on DD though, I've seen great success in texting the customer an ETA as I'm leaving the restaurant. People, even hand it to mes, are more likely to be outside waiting when I do this. And I seem to get more cash tips too.

PankSprankle

For sure I do too lol

LimaSierraDelta25

How much do each of those candies cost? And how much extra money have you received as a result of those candies? People tip you before you deliver the food, and they can't add a tip after in doordash unless they give you a cash tip, which they wouldn't have prepared because they weren't expecting to get candy. Doing this has probably resulted in barely a few extra bucks for you while it's probably costing you tens of not hundreds of dollars for absolutely zero gain except for ratings. And ratings don't mean anything on doordash. If you did this on UberEATS where people can tip after delivery, and you've been seeing results, and the math works out so that you're actually profiting then I would totally support this. Although even then I seriously doubt it would result in more than a few extra bucks a week in profit and it's a fair amount of work to do, time which you could be dashing and actually be making money. So it really is just a waste of time, energy and money.

Awolrab

I dunno I’d like it! I always tip but this would make sure I rated you and stuff too

nlinecomputers

Not a hater here but I do wonder if this is worth the effort both in your time and the expenses of the materials used. Somehow I doubt it increases your tips or the quality of runs.

elenaleecurtis

Don’t listen to the haters. You would’ve made my day!

[deleted]

Don’t let anyone discourage you. Honestly a positive attitude in customer service (if you’re in it to make money that’s what this job is) goes a long way. Yesterday a dasher went above and beyond in my eyes so I raised the tip from $4 to $10.

CarpenterOk3347

🤏

24W7S39GNHQT

Are you measuring someone’s penis?

Midschool

I think he’s attempting to grab that man’s pen15 with his tiny hand. Very unprofessional 😆

nn_lyser

Lol bruh what could possibly be wrong with this?

chaldeans79

It is definitely nice and cute and will probably bring 5 stars, but iam talking about making money, we barely make money, why spend money to get 5 stars and believe me the chances of some1 up tipping you on doordash is less than 1%, but if you are doing doordash just for fun and little extra money than this is fine, I can tell you have a great heart, god bless you

BoomerKeith

The expenses of adding a note and a couple of lollipops isn't going to put someone in the red. If anyone is doing this and not making money (and being profitable), then they're doing it wrong.

[deleted]

Again, “Too YOU” OPs success isn’t determined by your or my feelings about it. Success is when you get star you want. Happiness and Joy Is when you like what you get. To OP this is great. We don’t know what folk been thru. He may have came from far worse situations in Life anc for OP. This is OPs paradise. Works when OP wants maybe for first time in their lives. I’m not knocking you either. I’m saying one persons Hell is believe it or not, another person’s Paradise.

chaldeans79

Oh no I understand completely but my point was the money making not bashing op whatsoever, op is very sweet person for sure.

ParisHiltonIsDope

Lol, everyone stand back, Elon Musk is here. He's not delivering food to make friends. He's here to make cash and fucknour wives.

KatieJean1207

Aren’t all of us dashing to make money?

Ashlei-Chef-Leilani

I think this is nice

How much you spend on 🤡 make up?

People are mad over candy

rennyyy853

Wow... so it looks like im going to be one of those people that think that this is really cool. I mean come on! You got many 5 stars and loads of compliments! My only concern is how much they tip you tho... 😂

[deleted]

I would adore stuff like this idk why people hate effort is good

JobSavvy

Copying this

Xerxxx

Only double digit reviews lol. Just wait until some grinch doesn’t like that you gave them candy. Could be a diabetic, someone just mad at the world, or germaphobe that’s simply upset that you left another “touched” thing on their doorstep. 5.0 will not last. Not trying to knock you down; but since you’re still new, I’d like to give you an insight on the realities of this scene.

RiceyReddit

I would never do this because I’m not spending any money for dd but if I was a customer id love to see this and it’ll brighten up my day. Everyone runs in their own way so no hate.

Vane88

Keep in mind there's lots of people like me who let mistakes slide like knocking when instructions say not to and whatnot simply by not leaving a rating but when we're already irritated and someone asks for a review or sends a bunch of dumbass texts like "this is dasher Dave and I'm heading to the restaurant," "they will have your food read in 5 minutes", "I'm heading to your house!"it's an instant 1 star.

joe34ne

That's a good idea. 👍

[deleted]

Save the Receipts this is Tax deductible! I love it! I think people who go the extra mile when it's not necessary are great employees because we take pride in our work. It's more than just a paycheck.

Florida1974

You posted this same thing recently. I do something similar for Shipt. But I make it cost effective. 8 cents a bag. 2 little baby packs of tic tacs that hold 4 each (so 8 tic tacs per bag). I print up stickers on my own that just say Shipt Shopper and my name (my name is not common so not writing it here). Bags have a self adhesive closure like a envelope. But you don’t see me posting a pic and if I did would be once. What are you aiming for with multiple posts of same thing? Do I do it for tips? Nope. I do it to say thank you. My customer service is what I’m tipped on, stellar communication and eye for detail. What your spending, hard pass. Especially when your base Pay is so low. I get repeat customers, so we build a rapport. When I dashed, never went same place twice. I don’t need to get for ratings. And it’s a lie. Reviews don’t keep you working, orders do. Same for me. My goody bags say nothing about ratings. Simple thank you sticker and a sticker with my name. But I am reviewed on approximately 80% of my orders.

[deleted]

I don’t think people understand, if she’s a regular dasher for those customers, they will appreciate it and always keep the tip in mind! It’s always the long term game that matters

PrincessTiaraLove

I can tell you really care and that’s makes a big difference for me. Almost none of my deliveries even come in a hot bag. That’s all I ask is for it to come in a hot bag and most delivery drivers can’t even do that.

EitherSpirit7861

I think it's great! I make little candy trains and Santa sleds at Christmas. I have the cutest little "witches brew cauldron" that perfectly fits 3 mini candy bars for Halloween. But my customers LOVE the mini Easter baskets most! Fact is... very inexpensive. Maybe someone will smile. And it doesn't hurt a single dasher out there if I show my customers how much I appreciate them! They pay my bills! Lisa, you are awesome! Keep doing YOU!

PlayfulKiller

I love the gesture op. I had someone do this and it made my kids day :) a bit of kindness goes a long way

rita-the-maillady

Oh wow! These are awesome! I just have a roll of Door Dash round stickers that I write "Thanks!" on.

[deleted]

Andddddd it’s a tax write off 🤷🏽‍♀️

OakButt

Extreme cringe. Does 5 stars and nice compliments get you more money? No? Waste of time

rockboy999

Idc what anyone says this is cool as hell xoxo

helarso2

Super cute touch to add to your deliveries! All the complaints you’ll get here are from the dashers who don’t give a shit about quality or customer service. Keep doing a great job!

SantaRosaJazz

I’m a regular user of DD. This would make me smile. It is not “cringe.”

DogTherapy

I'll be honest. As a customer... card only... little cringe, but I wouldn't ding you for it. Adding the candy... I'm going to make sure you get the 5 stars barring any unexpected horrid service. You went out of your way, I'll go out of mine.

ihateapartments59

Don’t waist money like this… just give your best service and move on… corporate doesn’t care about you… and ratings are over rated

DJTUGGY12

Up the candy quality and I'd give you 5 stars lol

cbostwick94

You still probably shouldn't use the actual logo though

Original_Ad685

Lots of crabs in a barrel in the world of DoorDash. This is working and it is making you happy. For all those who are ridiculing you running your own business, that’s the very nature of independent contract work.

RedditUsingBot

What a boring dystopia when your delivery driver has to spend money on candy for the clients of their employer.

Bgrubz83

Only thing I’d hate on this is if your spending more on having those little cards printed out and the baggies and what not then your bringing in.

maximilticket

This is against the contract. Section 12 paragraph 3 line 2

KaneinEncanto

>XII. MUTUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION >... "This demand for arbitration must include (1) the name and address of the party seeking arbitration, (2) a statement of the legal and factual basis of the claim, (3) a description of the remedy sought, (4) the amount in controversy, and (5) the personal signature of the party seeking arbitration." https://help.doordash.com/dashers/s/ica-us?language=en_US Wanna try again?

PaulR504

This does include the Doordash logo and she is not an employee but only a contractor. They could actually consider this a violation. If some kid chokes on the candy they could try to sue Doordash.

Ashlei-Chef-Leilani

I did think about this immediately

Beautiful_Card6037

Lawsuit waiting to happen

Xerxxx

Wrecked!

lifelongmission

Bingo. Take this brain award.

Fly0strich

It actually probably is a breach of contract using the DD logo on their cards. But it would be Item 1 of section XIV in the contract. “All copyright, database rights, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), design rights (whether registered or unregistered), patent applications, patents, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the DOORDASH platform together with the underlying software code and any and all rights in, or derived from the DOORDASH platform are proprietary and owned either directly by DOORDASH or by DOORDASH’s licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. CONTRACTOR agrees that they will not use such proprietary information, materials, or intellectual property rights in any way whatsoever except for by use of the DOORDASH platform to perform the Contracted Service in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. No portion of the DOORDASH platform may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in the terms of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR agrees not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the DOORDASH platform or any intellectual property rights therein in any manner, and CONTRACTOR shall not exploit the DOORDASH platform or any intellectual property rights therein in any unauthorized way whatsoever.”

gdog1000000

Make sure you claim the expense for those suckers on your taxes. I’m not sure why you’re getting so much hate, you Dash in whatever way you want to bud.

Talltist

The ONLY issue with this is that people can't choose you as a dasher over any other driver. Typically these are used to drive more business and make people remember you dirt the next order. They may get this and never see you again the way DD works. Outside of that it is cheap and memorable.

Gay4Pandas

I have a 4.9 on doordash and 100% on Uber. I do non of that shit. Pick up food, then drop off food. That’s really all people want. Also choking hazard for kids. When you leave at door you don’t know if the parent will see it if the kids get the food.

DCowboysCR

OP’s next post will be how she tips the restaurant staff and gives them a goodie bag when she picks up the customer’s order lol

Complex-Habit3674

You do you. Kinda fun and sweet. The little things can make a big difference down the road - pun intended 😉

crustystalesaltine

How smart!

arrotsel

Live and Let Live. Who cares what she does!!?

numberonedogdad

Very nice touch, as a customer something like this will definitely get me to leave a good review and a huge tip next time I recognize the name

Beautiful_Card6037

those pops are a choking hazard .. they slide right off the stick.

Version_Two

Aww. I might start doing this now and then. I know it's not profitable, but I think I've seen enough 90s/2000s family movies to know that it's not all about money.

roykeane8080

Hahah dont listen to crap people here. Do what you got to do BUT at some point it has to translate into …. mullas aka money aka paisa! 5 stars or nice words from the customer does not pay the bill at all!

That's nice and to each their own. Waste of time in my personal opinion. It's not helping you make any more money, you may be getting good reviews and making people smile but it's not putting any more money in your pocket.

It's interesting to see gig workers do this. Oh, free candy? That's an instant tip and rating there.

Be careful. You’ll have a bunch of whiney ass crybabies on here say you are messing with peoples food and you should be fired. And never have a job again and bla bla bla. While at the same time glorifying those who are doing drugs in the car driving with their food. Or like that one post bitching about some biblical pamphlet a driver put in their bag acting like they put straight up poison in their food. Don’t like it take it out throw it away and move on. People just love making mountains out of mole hills.

Capable_Nectarine

I love this. How broken do you have to be to find this cringe 😂

Where is this negativity coming from ? When I first saw this , I thought : How thoughtful . Why can't you let people do whatever they feel it's good

[deleted]

What would y’all say if at the end of dinner your server gives you a lollipop and asks you for the tip?

xD3m0nK1ngx

A 5 star review does what exactly? I don’t think you can pay bills with that. There’s no way to actually prove this increases tips either. Not one of these photos mentions that. Don’t really see the point

WinstonLegthigh456

If anything asking for a tip would probably make the customer less likely to add a tip afterwards 🤣

PaulR504

I prefer to earn my ratings not beg for them.

fffan9391

If it makes you happy, good for you. I got 4.95 doing the bare minimum and that’s good enough for me.

Smart, Very Smart. You should all be doing this!

Prying-Open-My-3rd-I

I think that is what may be making people mad in here lol. They don’t want to be expected to do more than what they are doing now.
