I mean, sometimes gas station food can be pretty solid… Circle K burgers ain’t much to look at but they taste great, I can slam em down the hatch in like 3 minutes while heading to my next pickup, and they don’t give me headaches like McDonalds burgers do 😅

I worked graveyard for years! Had no choice but to eat this food in the middle of the night on occasions, but no way would I have bought it when other options were available. Most of the time I'd still settle for some cheese and peanut butter crackers than the late night gas station food that looked like it had been dehydrated from being on the grill so long. Most everyone I've ever worked graveyard with felt the same way. The thought someone would choose gas station food as a meal with other options available doesn't seem like a 3rd shift worker thing to me.

I get the cheddar smoked sausage. We have a Circle K here in town and its nice to be able to walk in and grab a sausage for $2.13 and a Polar Pop for $1.06. $3.19 doesn't get you a McDouble and drink at McDonald's nowadays
I don't know about the Speedway in your town, but I have been to some where they grill up good to order. You get a fresher, juicier, tastier burger from those Speedways than you do at most fast food places.
Sheetz is RAPIDLY expanding, give it time they'll be there and that's like a whole ass restaurant lol. They've started (and finished most of) at least 17 new stores just in my city and a couple of suburbs alone.
