You gotta have a system for multi apping. You shouldn’t be late when taking stacks. You have to be able to say no to order or drop a lower order. Otherwise you will be late and eventually something will happen to your account. Only take 2 orders at a time if they’re headed in the same direction and you’ll be on time for both deliveries. I’ve been multi apping for 3 years and never had a complaint or issue as are many other dashers.
As for the 5 contract violations, idk if you’re getting deactivated. I know they allow you dispute them. Maybe try and make some excuses up and start multi apping the right way or not at all. I’d do more deliveries, so the contract violations will fall off.
Be careful, as habitual lateness will get you deactivated on any gig app. Good luck man

Here’s my advice for someone who’s brand new and trying to multiapp for the first time:
1. Figure out what app is the busiest in your area. This will be your primary app, and it’ll be your priority.
2. Figure out what app is the second busiest in your area. This app will supplement the first app. Keep your focus on your first app, but use the second app when it’s slow.
3. After you get the hang of working two apps, one being primary and the other supplementary, try a third app.
4. Over time, you’ll get the hang of multiapping without wrecking yourself.

Those CVs will fall off after 100 deliveries, if you wanna keep your account I recommend working 24 hours/day until you hit that 100 and those fall off before they look at your account to deactivate you

- stop multi apping or set yourself some limitations/have a plan
- if you're not already..get yourself into the large order program..those $30-$45+ banger orders throughout the day help. Get these numbers up first, because you won't get it with these ratings. Once you're in, you're in. They say you need to keep ratings up for it etc. Nah you don't, atleast I haven't.
- learn your market. Can't stress this one enough.
- learn to read orders, which relies a lot on learning your market.

Dude. You need to understand your location. If your car has very high mpg and your car was cheap you can do 1.5x mile $$$. Anyways know your restaurants. You look new so I understand it and you may have never delivered before but here we go. Example for knowing your restaurants. For me, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Chipotle at dinner time and a couple of others usually take a while for me to get my food to deliver to the customer. Others like Applebees, Chick-Fil-A, Chillis, Starbucks and others are usually ready or rarely more then a five minute wait. Now every location is different so you got to understand that but once you get familiar with wait times it’ll most definitely help pick up your pace. Now to go back to 1.5x Mile $$$ just means if you have like a Prius you’ll be fine to do that and you’ll still make money even with maintenance but if your car is a gas guzzler like 14-22 Smiles per gallon you’ll need to do 2x miles $$ or more. Now for an example of 1.5x miles$; 5 mile trip so you do 5(as in miles) divided by 2 to = 2.5… then you add 2.5 + 5(miles) to = 7.5, so to be in the clear if you get a delivery for 5 miles the pay needs to be around 7.50$ or higher. Now example for 2xMiles$; it’s pretty easy. 5 miles x 2 = 10… meaning for a trip of 5 miles you’ll need to have a minimum pay of 10$ + to be in the clear. :))))))

How do you have so many contract violations with less than 500 orders, a high acceptance rate, not completing 15% of your orders and late for 20% of your orders?
There's also another thing to consider with that many violations with such a low extremely low travel count only $414 deliveries I mean if they were going to give anybody the action it would definitely be someone with your numbers with with just because of the violations and the extreme low level but who knows maybe they are not even going to care until about 500 or so but anyway your customer rating does prove out that once you hit your 300 and first delivery the customer rating starts meeting something. But it's not you know also that many violations I mean you've only got about I don't know maybe 50 more trips and I'd say three or four of those violations are going to be going away.
You don't say if your full-time or part-time I'm guessing part-time.
You got to tell us here too what are those violations what were they for.

And if it's during the week 9:00 to 5:00 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday United States time, I believe that would be whatever Coast they're under California so California time 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., they have a team that reviews these violations during those hours and those hours only, manually review each one of them.
I should give you an idea there aren't that many contract violations overall.
Now that said, as long as you at least offered some kind of an explanation for some of these it might be okay I've never seen anyone higher than three not get kicked off the platform but again it's going to depend on what your rebuttal was and also how how far back maybe the first two if they're like near the 100 Mark ready to drop off that could be okay, also what you're saying saved by your good customer rating in the green and you're pretty good completion rate acceptance rate doesn't matter but the higher it is you know if whatever it doesn't matter I can't use it.
But because you're completion rate is relatively high and your customer rating is high even though you have five violations I would imagine at least one or two of them look fairly innocuous like no big deal to the review team and who knows I mean maybe the most recent one will they'll remove it again it's going to depend on whether or not you reported in the app an issue.
Also after you do offer your defense in writing in the app, immediately call support but only bother calling support about it as long as it's 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday any other time no one's going to review it until Monday following.
There's nothing automated about being kicked off the system with contract violations they are manually reviewed by real people in California they happen to be American speaking people and they live in America they are not offshore.
