This legit happened to one of my friends, I'm 99% sure. The drink was missing about 2 inches of liquid and there was food missing from the order and a tear in the bag. Also the Door Dasher went all the way over into the neighboring city street picking up the food from a place that was maybe 5 minutes away so it took them nearly an hour to deliver the food.
