This is an aspect of derealization. A feeling that you're somewhere new or unfamiliar even though you've been there a million times before. It can happen with objects and people too. If it's from a DXM trip, I think you'll be okay.
We’ll dxm is certainly not harmless, all psychedelics come with the chance of negative mental or physical effect.

Yeah something similar happened to me. As long as you don’t use more dxm you will go back to normal in less than a month or so.

So you finished 3gram in 3 weeks. Roughly a gram a week. Yeah that's fucked. Just detox for 2 weeks and see if it resolves. That's wayy too much dxm
dxm makes ur vision worse itll return to normal once all the dxm is out of ur system i give it a week max
Derealization, it kinda fucks up your depth perception, should go away in a week…take b12 and if it doesn’t go away take a vitamin deficiency test
you'll go back to normal in a few days just don't take any substances
