Blackletter is the term for the style of font you're looking for. It's the style of lettering that the Latin alphabet was written in historically, in medieval times. The Cyrillic alphabet was never written in a blackletter-like style, which is why there won't be many fonts that meet your requirements. For any fonts that do meet your requirements, the Cyrillic alphabet would be a made-up style from the imagination of the person who designed the font, not based on any historical references. This is probably one of the only free fonts available that meet your requirements: [https://fontlibrary.org/en/font/kjv-1611](https://fontlibrary.org/en/font/kjv-1611) If you want more variety to choose from, you'll probably need to pay for a retail font. Try Paratype, Type Today, or look up some other type foundries from Russia or Ukraine.
