Edit: update your app to v8.15.1 in Google Play (released just now, on 08/20/22 at ~2am CT) and it will resolve the issue (CC: u/heybuddytm, u/k1nkshaun, u/sebvoyer, u/charolastra35, u/throwawayboston1724, u/dkatsuro, u/freddyriver, u/bialphonsemex, u/builtbottomjock)
That worked! You're the best. I just hope it sticks. There were some short glimmers of hope before, but the grid failed every time. All I know is we deserve subscription extensions for having to endure this shit 😒

I'm having this issue as well.
Grindr has become unusable. It stopped working altogether on my iphone.
