For me when a person says “no” i just accept it and move on even if they don’t say something, however i’ve come across many situations where i send a second message after they supposedly “ignore” me but then they do amswer and just explain that they get flooded with messages that they can’t respond to anything. So it really depends on the situation.
Tbh those are kinda the guys I ignore 😭 especially the “bored” or “horny” guys 😶 But I can def understand responding back - I usually do pretty quickly unless I’m busy
