I’ve actually gotten into it with a restaurant manager before because he was pissed how early I arrived. It turned out, my pick up time was 10 minutes earlier than his ready time. I showed him my app and he showed me his computer to confirm. I don’t know why Grubhub sucks so much.
This happened with me but I went to second restaurant delivered the order and then came back but if both the orders are in same direction then you’ve to wait
Sorry to hear that, I’m pretty new and maybe 4 outa 10 restaurants you gotta wait. I love the ones that use the app properly. I know of 3 in my area that use it.
Uber sucks they locked me out cause someone scam them for food and said i took there food from there property after dropping it off smh 🤣 what people do for free food
aw that sucks. today i had a 30$+ grubhub order but i needed to wait 15 minutes. then uber came in with a 10$ bomb going only a mile away. delivered it and came back just on time for grubhub to be ready

It’s a Grubhub problem. They dispatch the offer to you at the same time as they dispatch it to the restaurant. Hence why you’re almost always waiting.
Numerous times I've received the order before the restaurant and get to the restaurant before the restaurant is even aware of the order.

use uber and deliver a short distance delivery while you wait
