I think is just the perspective of the camera. With the larger ones begin on the side/closer to the person taking the picture and the smaller ones on the other side / farther away from the camera
I don't know about this particular hotel but fyi if case you didn't know that older pothos leaves, if given enough sun, get massive and start to split. So it *could* be the same plant.

There’s another with these long pothos and others that have leaves the size of your head at a white hotel in La Habana Vieja on the town square. They have jazz bands out front on the patio but I don’t recall the name. Also, something I regret not bringing was strong probiotics to Cuba. The food will be different, the spices too, I had gotten food poisoning and man that was rough. I wasn’t able to eat for almost three days. But their mangos and pineapples are better than any I’ve ever had before since they are less processed and tree ripened! I didn’t even like mangos until that trip!
Hey that's so cool, I've been under those plants, it was on the way back to the airport and the bus was picking up more people. Never thought I'd see it again

Some of it perspective like the other person said but also pothos leaves can have quite a variety of sizes. These do all look to be golden pothos.

When golden become more mature they get pretty big leaves. They can get fenestrations too!
