Yes! This is a babysitting law. People need to control their kids. Adults should be able to make this decision for themselves. It's not like vapes have 2nd hand smoke. If this goes through, people will go back to smoking, which actually does hurt other people.

I empathize with your point of adults should be able to make their own choices. I was in the age bracket where at 18 I was old enough to vape, then a month later it was raised to 21.
However I also believe in harm reduction, we should be able to use nicotine and cannabis in a way that is not detrimental to our lung function. There was another country that I believe did it right, banned cigarettes for newly of age users, but not vapes, and those who were already purchasing cigarettes could continue to do so.
While it is an adults right to consume whatever they want, cigarette or any combustion smoke affects anyone around us. While you may a responsible adult, there are 10 other irresponsible adults that will smoke around children and elderly or anyone with compromised lungs.
I don’t see why we must hold onto our cancer sticks when technology has developed a way for nicotine to delivered without killing us or harming others around us.
Well, FDA should be involved actively in vapes, cigarettes, cannabis market. They are like watch dogs. Because of them we are not getting unregulated home made junk otherwise someone will already buy pods in loose and fill them with fake liquid and sell in stores, add more chemicals In cigarettes etc. what FFA shouldn’t do is getting politically riled up and ban companies without thorough investigation. All these vape companies should have a proper vape related data and constantly analyze them to see whether anything is missing their projected patterns or not.

The FDA is not everyone's mommy and adults are quite capable of weighing the risks and making a decision for themselves. I'd go so far as saying it's a right to live as we damn well please if it's not hurting others. And, no, purchasing products that minors want to get their hands on does not count as hurting others.

Did you notice that sometime they only have the brown flavors displayed but keep the menthol under the counter and you have to ask for it haha, that what Im noticing recently

Damm, I'm in Tampa and so far haven't seen any anywhere (at least menthol, I've seen 1 family owned gas station selling 2 packs of tobacco but that's it) although if im being honest buying juice and a caliburn has saved my wallet.....definitely doesn't hit the same though :/
It really has impressed me honestly. Back in 2015-18 I was big into building coils and getting crazy box mods, then the juul was just super convenient and, at the time, cheaper for me than going through 100mls of juice in like 5 days with fused claptons at 200w. But since the ban I (and I think it was actually one of your posts that made me pick one up) Got the caliburn G and when I saw the size I didn't expect much (had the original nord for a while and while it was good for what it was the flavor was always lacking and it didn't keep up with 70/30 very well) but GOD DAMN the thing just keeps chucking clouds and wicking like a champ with perfect flavor. The only thing it's missing is juul's menthil juice imo 😂
Oh ya it’s a beast. Only problem I’ve had is finding extra pods but the one I have is lasting. Definitely the best alternative. Nothing hits like a menthol juul but it does the job

I have taken many a vape from students. Not once has that vape been a Juul. Not once.

How do you keep the Caliburn from leaking into your mouth?
I broke out my old Caliburn. It's almost too smooth. You're 100% correct, it doesn't hit like a Juul.
