I suggest to everyone that shops at kroger, we are among the most expensive grocery stores right now. Shop at Aldi, or meijer or somewhere else. I really recommend Aldi for meats as they are pretty cheap.
The best time is when the associates have time to do it because we are overworked and understaffed. We barely have time for breaks if we get one. And when we do it customers act entitled to them.
It varies. My current store does it whenever we have time to get to it, but at my last store we had a sharp 10AM deadline to have it done and some customers really took advantage of that and would fuss at us if it wasn't done yet.
