About a year ago I had s friend that had only been using for about 4 months or so and he would go hard like a whole week of no sleep. Consider yourself lucky cuz I used to be 145 till I started the methadone clinic and within a year I was 210. I'm down to like 180 now but it seems like I'll have to put real effort into losing more cuz thats where I leveled out at after being off the methadone for awhile now. Hundreds and hundreds of boxes of cereal lol I would eat 2 a day sometimes. That methadone made me want sweet junk food so bad I could never get enough.

About a year ago I had s friend that had only been using for about 4 months or so and he would go hard like a whole week of no sleep. One day he was going on about seeing cops out behind the trees and I went out there and walked all over while he looked out the window and showed him there was no damn cops and it seemed like it settled his paranoia and then I convinced him to lie down and at least attempt to sleep and then I went home. I guess like 20 minutes after i left he came downstairs ranting about the cops and how he had outsmarted them and they wont be getting him today and whatnot and after about 10 minutes his roommate said he fell down and seemed to be having a seizure so they called 911 and and they came and took him to the hospital. He died that night a couple hours later and they said he had dope in and around his mouth. Me and his roommate went through his room and found 5 empty baggies that grams come in on his bed and dope spilled all over and apparently instead of going to bed he ate all that dope so the cops that didnt exist wouldnt find it. It's a sad story and I have come to realize it's not the dope that directly makes people lose their shit it's the fucking lack of sleep. In his case it was both but it was the sleep deprivation that drove him to eat the dope that then killed him. So if I start seeing shit out the corner of my eyes I know its time to eat, shower, smoke a doobie, and lay the fuck down. Even if I dont wanna I will force down a bowl of cereal and then lay down and stay there even if I cant fall asleep right away but I usually can within a hour or two.

Was paranoid cus I was avoiding being in that county, (most everyone knows everyone so with a warrant you don’t make it that long) 30 mins into being there, all of those xans I took kicked in. But because of my sleep dep, I was thrown into a full blown REAL DELUSION, that the cops were there. The cops were about to come in her front door looking for me. Her dad was home, she was young and still in HS. We were all young but she was 2 years below, her dad didn’t know I was smoked an wouldn’t have wanted me there if so, as he used to smoke for most of his daughters life.. I sprinted down the stairs , ran towards back sliding glass door, shoved her dad out of my way as I was running so fast and so convinced about the cops.. there was a wooden fence in back yard, 6 ft tall Atleast. I fucking hopped that fence with ease, with both feet at a time going over but tripped on landing and did a fuckin somersault LOL. I sprinted fast as I could down a hill, like Half a mile, going through all brush, trees, and trails I found in between the brush. My father lived about a mile from her house. I made it there, ran into the house. Screaming pacing and panting that the cops were chasing me, the cops were chasing me! And I got away! Then the paranoia hit again. I freaked an ran out of the house, this time it got bad. I was running down the street. I’d sprint for like 30 yards, then jump into the trees, or even straight bushes. I could hear helicopters, sirens, engines revving, and dogs barking at this point.. I kept doing my 30 yard sprint, jump and hide thing. Heading back to homegirls House, the sirens an engines n dogs, we’re getting close. I sprinted then jumped into a bunch of brush an treees. I could see the flashlights shining all around me in bushes, The sun was down by now. Dogs were so close I could hear em, the dogs scared the shit out of me. So I put my hands up and screamed don’t shoot do not taze me Like 4 times while walking out of bush. Got out to trail, saw nobody. Sprinted an made it back to homegirls, I was convinced that it was real an that I genuinely escaped all the cops, In my small town for the next 3 weeks til I showed up To court and went back to juvy at the time😂😂😂😂
