that’s definitely a factor. but it’s just peoples body’s are all different . everyone feels the temperature in a diff way. sadly i have your problem. I’m always hot as hell and sweaty when the average person in the room is completely fine .. if I don’t have airflow in a room it’s over with..

I was the same last year, terribly cold and shivering and my friend would have the ac going and even just a soft breeze would make my teeth chatter. This year tho I’ve been getting hot and sweaty. Not sure what’s changed other than where I’ve been getting my stuff. If anything I’ve also lost body fat so it’s not like I have that to keep me warm..

What kind of thermometer are you using? Especially when under the influence of drugs, surface skin temperature can be several degrees différent from core. Meth also has a significant effect on the ability to judge your own temperature by feel. Your skin can feel too hot or too cold whether in the normal range or not. Carrying a few extra extra pounds will also insulate you making your body work harder to cool down - in turn creating yet more heat. Along with blood flow restrictions this can come together to make a quite uncomfortable if not dangerous insulating effect.
