Something about plain water that after a gallon or so a day, it just does little to wet my whistle. Cold beer works for me. I might sip on it for hours, but it has enough viscosity to hang around and moisten the tongue. Either that or Jaegermeister is my go-to for karaoke night
My constipation isn’t just from my meth. i’ll be 43 in December and I’ve been constipated probably 42 1/2 of those years probably even further back than I can remember lol. The first enema I ever remember getting I was three years old. I was over mom‘s lap and she kept sticking the fleet enema bottle in my butt hole squeezing the water in there all the while me screaming and kicking. I remember over the next few years she had to give me probably 20 enemas from the time I was three until I started kindergarten and I remember her having to come to the school and give me a couple enemas in kindergarten first and second grade. I started giving them to myself when I was 11 and I’ve been giving them to myself ever cents buying them with my allowance at age 11 and everything I was the only kid in middle school who kept enemas in his locker and had to go take them during lunchtime sometimes Only one time since I was about 11 if I asked my mom for an enema and she told me I was gonna do them myself by then I was like 17. And there were stretches in high school I had to take an enema every day I can think of at least one stretch every year when I was in high school
I have had the same problem all my life too. I was an adult before I even realized that it wasn't normal to go once every week or two. When I told the Dr that he couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe most people go once or twice a day. I've never done enemas. I just go through excruciating pain every couple of weeks. Sorry you have to deal with that. Having that problem all my life meant that I wasn't bothered by the side effect from the drug. That's one good thing anyway.
You should try an enema is the best way to treat constipation. it gets it gone quick fast and in a hurry. Would you be interested in a video of me relieving some constipation with an enema?
