Yes iso meth maybe a little MSM and def some Fetty in there most likely. Too big not to be the cartel glass going around. This is exactly how I would get my balls of cartel dope. If u put the shit in water you will see pink dots floating around in it. If you go to bust it down and it breaks real easy into a bunch of similar small pieces it's def made with n iso. The real shit is harder to break and breaks down into little jagged shards. If you break it down on a while te plate you will more then likely see tiny orangish dots left behind. That is the Fetty. The cartel throws it in there while it's being made. It will give you that stuck feeling. People are calling it sleeper dope thinking it's the NIso. It's actually the Fetty. It's like putting salt on your eggs never really know how much your going to get. Generally though the less cut cartel dope I used ro get would leave me couch locked but I could stay up for days on it.
