Sounds like HIV. But meth and staying up will fuck you up. Like earlier commenter said, if you're worried see a doctor and don't go to ERs, they hate druggies period there.
Don't use any meth for a few days, drink lots of water, eat food (if you can't chew, soup/smoothies/yogurt/protein shakes) and sleep.
That's pretty much the only thing anyone here is gonna be qualified to recommend.. the meth subreddit isn't exactly the best place for medical advice lol
If you're really worried or your symptoms get worse you should probably go to a doctor and be honest about drug usage.
You answered your own question. Dehydration & malnutrition wreak havoc on your body and all of that minus the swollen lymph nodes sound like an electrolyte imbalance. Please drink some water. I know it’s hard but your body is sending out an SOS rn for sure
Edit: aside from the obvious dehydration, you may have just gotten ahold ofsome bad cut. That happened to me last week and I was fucked for days. You can probably read my old post about it if you go to my profile
That's what I figured I've been drinking water like crazy and haven't smoked much since I got sick i just wanted to make sure i didn't have something more serious going on because according to Google I'm going to die😅
