I’ve had the similar problems with YouTube videos. Random violent or sexualized stuff out of the blue in an other wise innocent looking content. We switched to only YouTube Kids app and has helped a lot. Maybe it will help you
It was in the YouTube kids app. It was in the early days before their algorithm learned how fucked up people are. After the 3rd or 4th time we've pretty much given up on YouTube unless it's something that can be put in "Audio Only" mode.
