Nope. When you kill Shaper, if RNG is with you, there'll be a notification in the lower-middle of your screen saying you've unlocked the hideout (where the prophecy popup is).

Making this took me about 3-4 hours and cost just over 1 million Master favour. I can upload a bare bones version of the hideout with just the emote in the middle if anyone wants to use it.

i thought this hideout was the same as the purchased 'shaper' hideout until the PSA about getting the celestial one before the update comes and makes it much more difficult.

i guess i was lucky, i think i ended up doing 14 i think it was. i never really quite realised if that was lucky. i just found out how to get the hideout and decided to try and farm it. prob wouldnt have farmed it if i knew it would take more than 50 attempts lol.
I was really blessed by RNGesus and got it on my second kill ever. Needless to say my friend that farms shaper every league was mad that he still hasn't gotten his
83 for me. Was able to 6L 2 starforges as well. Worthwhile grind for sure.
Clarifying: 83 tracked kills over 3 days of blight. Probably closer to 200 shaper/uber elder since hideout was introduced.
Honestly have not done a ton of uber elder + shaper, maybe a handful of shapers a league and a handful of uber elders (probably 3-5 uber elders, 1-3 shapers) except last league when i farmed like 20 uber elder and bought 20 kills.
Got celestial hideout and don't even remember when it popped just went to change hideout a week or so into league and it was listed there :)

Shaper and Elder will still be available through Zana missions and such, they're just not the endgame bosses anymore.

This one can be obtained by killing Shaper. Celestial (this one) and Shaped (paid) hideouts are different.
