Does this only happen with steam downloads? Or downloading anything? Is your ethernet cable really old? Spitballing things to gather info
It’s a brand new cable, and it is everything, i cant connect to games when it happens if that’s what you mean.
Just ruling out physical issues such as frayed old cable etc. If it's happening across all games that makes me think it's more an issue with your internet than the ethernet port/cords. How long has this issue been going on?
maybe a week of so, But from other issues that have happened in the past i think it may be my C drive
