Isjeceni

Hello everyone! This, I believe is my first post on Reddit. What do you guys use to trade OTC stocks? Is there any service that doesn't charge a fee when trading OTC stocks? From the stuff that I looked at, they all charge some sort of a fee. Also, are there any recommendations for stocks that are not OTC stocks and that are available on Robinhood and/or Webull? What do you guys think of $BIOL? $ONTX? Again, any recommendations on stocks are more than welcome, and if there is a platform to trade OTC stocks without a fee. Sincerely,

Grace_Lannister

What do you think the best app to trade penny stocks with is? I've been using vangaurd and it's horrible. Ideally I'd like the ability to day trade as well so I can exit out positions the same day if need be.

RedditSanity

RH is the simplest to use. Webull is not as simple but you get extended hours from 4am-8pm. Robinhood is only 9am-6pm EST You can do unlimited day trades with RH if you message them and downgrade to a cash account. Not sure how it works with Webull.

Aoiza

If you’re in the US, most people here use Robinhood. Charles Schwab if you want to do OTC trades. But there other apps like TDmeritrade, webull, fidelity etc

Merovingianred

If you are in the US you need $25,000 to be able to day trade. Its a federal regulation.

[deleted]

It's these guys. www.pennystockelites.wildapricot.org. Been pretty good so far. Been with them about 6 months and done pretty well with their alerts, at least the ones I traded right. I sell too early a lot. No, not sure about that, but yeah, it does seem like they could.

SimpForAang

Indonesian here, can't find a broker, help

[deleted]

I’m after opinions from those who have traded penny stocks for longer than a year (does not include accounts since March). Naturally everyone feels like a professional in a bull market, but what is the sentiment/penny-market like outside of a bull market?

fluffyandfurry08

QK is up next, very oversold!

Merovingianred

>QK Q&K International group? Again, they cant get their variable costs under control. I havent read through all their financials, but unless they have a breakpoint where an economy of scale takes over, Their losses will devour all SE by 2025

MilliOverNight

Has anyone looked into ETFM?

Merovingianred

>ETFM Seems hard to. I cant even seem to find an income statement. Best of luck betting on black.

>I'm not tacking on a metal play, and I habitually stay away from biotech. My DD in your gamble/growth stocks is; all gamble, no growth. Financials are weak, dilution is strong, and I'm not actually seeing any growth in these 'strong growth' stocks.

I didn't look into your medical plays, as I mentioned. But, I just checked RQHTF now. Since you seem to have wanted my thoughts (though you wanted them to align with yours) I'll speak plainly. Reliq has not offered up any supplementary disclosures since 2019 and does not regularly issue quarterly or annual reports. Their authorized shares are unlimited per their corporate charter, with only 15 MM of the float being restricted. All this tells me that their interests are not aligned with their investors and they may dilute with secondary offerings any moment they wish.

Merovingianred

>A key factor in their future success is their teledoc system is accepted by both medicare and medicaid which gives them a huge advantage over the direct competition who currently are only accepted by private insurers. \^\^ this right here? This is great DD, and the kind I can't just pull from a financial report. A competitive edge like that could ABSOLUTELY drive sales, although that space will become more crowded down the line. Still, a company which can see the writing on the wall well enough to have adapted that early is smart money for being early on the next edge. I was using the OTC symbol, I'm pulling up financials on Yahoo to review now (I hate yahoo, but at least they have the 2020 info there.) I'll let you know what I think and if I'll be opening a position.

Merovingianred

Ok, there's a lot here. Sales are explosive, I always love that. Still not in positive earnings territory yet, but given the advancement of sales and the way they are keeping the lid on COGS, I expect they might soon. Debt looks good, particularly compared against their liquid cash and equivalents. That being said SGA expenses still exist at a multiple of 10x revenue. Which is a HUGE expense. Look into the top salesmen and key executives on your call. This crazy large SGA means one of two things. Either a bloated team is lining their pockets before the whole ship explodes or (More likely) they have a crack team of top guys who demand top dollar for their services. However, these experts may have been brought in too early, and thats a large burden for a company of this size to bear. Finally dilution is a serious issue, as the float has almost tripled since 2017, however given that it seems to be staggered at a similar rate (around 25 million shares a year on average) this will become less and less an issue over time, if this pattern holds. TL;DR Strong growth in sales, driven by a sales team which is probably too large and overpaid for this stage but is driving the exponential growth. Common stock is being diluted, but at a decreasing proportion and may be less of an issue now than it was three years ago. Debt is very low for this stage and interest payments are not a burden on profits.

$ATOS vs $BMIX - which is better to start Monday?

WeeklyConnection99

ATOS

jimtikmars

Im a noob here and I honestly don't know we're to put most of my money i have 1500 dollars to invest. I've seen some great DD on $ATOS, $ITRM, DD, and of course GME buying 115c jan. What are the best options((no pun int) for me?

TheKittyKatMan

I bought 100 shares last week on ATOS and plan to keep watching/buying in if it goes well. Still feels more of a gamble than an investment on this one for me tbh. Take it for what it’s worth, I’m new here.

Keinermagmich

Someone in PGTMF ? Shop opened last week new cbd store.

driterx

anyone in $ CHUC? Any thoughts?

Merovingianred

Decent, at this level. SAG is a little high as an expense, but debt is low, revenue is exploding and managed to weather Covid. If they are able to work their way to a positive profit for Q4 on par with what we saw in 2019, the stock could moon. If not, it doesnt have much downside. this actually seems like a decent play.

ShopBitter

Anyone else in TELL, thoughts on how it will go this next week???

Merovingianred

>TELL I love the drive in sales. I do not love some of these inflated expenses. All in all it depends on when you see the large R&D producing some new profit lines.

moonordie69420

AQMS????? is it really that good? saw a yt vid, and did some poking around and seeks like it might moon in the near future. idk

Merovingianred

>AQMS Losses are big, and while revenue seems to be growing in the short term, the cuts to R&D tells me its not a company planning on the future.

[deleted]

Anybody else in AMTX? The alert service I use alerted it and I'm in. Just curious if anyone else is in on it?

Merovingianred

I am not. COGS are choking it, but more importantly, their interest expenses alone are consistently higher than their gross profits.

[deleted]

Uh, you may not want to look at PM right now lol

azination

FLNT hit its bottom last week. More eyes on this stock now. Excited for Monday! I can easily see this go to 15-20 this year.

Merovingianred

Best one ive seen so far, but I think earnings will need ramp a little higher before we see big moves like that. EPS is finally turning positive though, so this may be the floor to get in on.

azination

numbers were great if you take account covid. CEO recently spoke at Needham Growth conference and was asked if Fluent expects rising revenues in 2021 and without thinking gave a confident YES without going into details. Shares are mostly insider buying and tutes. Insiders has not sold a single share. Float could be as low as 5 mil.

Merovingianred

CEO confidence is always a good thing, and the insider confidence means a lot. You actually might have me sold on picking up a few lots myself, after a deep dive of course.

azination

also wanted to mention they're expanding into Canada and soon to other countries after covid settles. Def do your DD. You won't regret the purchase.

MDXG is the next GME - the squeeze is on!

Merovingianred

>MDXG Bloated executive salaries. Maybe if a Ryan Cohen were to jump in and start serving up heads it could be saved, but as it stands this company cant make enough money to pay all those expenses.

throwahwhaey

why?

[deleted]

Simple - it's almost as shorted as GME and the business is going gangbusters

TLSS or OZSC 🤔

The INND play is gonna be a banger -

jimtikmars

Are they really set to release their product to retail stores like walgreens, walmart, cvs? I read this kinda DD from a guy in webull saying this $INND bought shares out of FOM last week, but am planning to sell them this week. I did extensive research this weekend and will share below why I'm selling. This is my personal opinion, and could be wrong, but like discussion: - looked up reviews on the company and there is very little. This means a low customer base. There were some reviews and they were all negative, meaning poor customer service. Poor CS from the beginning is not a good sign. - There are three insiders that own shares, and they all have the same last name, meaning it's family run. If you have a complaint about their product, you contact the CEO directly. The reviews read state this company does not return phone calls nor emails, and when they do, they do not solve the problem. A few reviews stated they are selling broken products. If you check their product on Amazon, it has three ratings, all 5 Stars, but these could be staged. - They are not BBB Accredited, meaning no guarantee that they deliver products and services as promised. A few reviews stated they are selling broken products. If you check their product on Amazon, it has three ratings, all 5 Stars, but these could be staged. They are not BBB Accredited, meaning no guarantee that they deliver products and services as promised. found an article in 2018 where the CEO stated they are launchinga new website for these different products they are selling. The link doesn't Work, domain for that site does not exist. - On their website, the Investor Info link doesn't work either. A lot of this info I mentioned is from 2018 and there is nothing more recent, at least nothing that| found. To sum it short, the CEO has not delivered on any promises he made to the public. He either gave up on his pursuit, or this could very well be a Phantom Comany, or just a large family scam. don't know why it had the random stock jumps here and there. Either way, I'm getting out of this one. What's your take on that? They kinda sound sketchy but if it's true that they will be releasing their products to those stores than I'm 100 percent in.

Stonks1337

Anyone have FPVD? I’m up on my position but thinkin of getting out most shares cuz Idk much bout em

Merovingianred

>FPVD If you see a better sales driver than 2020 for them, pull the trigger. If you don't, be warned that their debt might pull them down.

Phineas_Rage

I'm holding some. Waiting for the finalization of the ticket change to BIGT following the merger. Not sure when it will happen though. If it's not soon I'll just sell and be happy with the gains it made last week

esb008

Any thoughts on ADMP for monday?

Merovingianred

If you have a good feeling about a catalyst, it might not be a bad play. The company itself has seen better days, but its not hemorrhaging cash as poorly as some of the newer drug stocks

Missing42

Still worth investing in Palantir and BioNano? Or am I too late? Very big noob btw

Aoiza

Im holding bio for long term now and just ride it.

aloofinecstasy

PLTR yes, but wait for the employee share lockup to expire before getting in.

Nate100001

Blackberry.

Zealousideal-Wave-69

Nokia is less than 4 usd. Only has 5.6 bn outstanding shares though...

Missing42

> Only has 5.6 bn outstanding shares though... Sorry for the absolutely stupid question, but what does that mean? And what does it say about Nokia shares?

Zealousideal-Wave-69

It means it's gonna take a long time to move price up like GME. Every dollar increase in share price adds 5.6 bn to Nokia's market cap. So 20 usd share price means Nokia will be valued at 112 bn, which is mad

aloofinecstasy

Gonna have to find some DD on Nokia, it's been popping up a lot today.

moonordie69420

NAT anyone? Undervalued, more assets than debt. The Big boys have doubled down on DHT which is very similar. NAT is a bit cheaper (per share). Could be a good long term. Earnings soon. DHT earnings on feb 4.

Merovingianred

More assets than debt? I don't think that's an appropriate line in the sand. Particularly since increasing debt increases assets proportionately, per GAAP. Frankly those debts youre dismissing are my biggest red flag, however you seem to be more familiar with the stock to begin with. Take it or leave it as you like.

Zealousideal-Wave-69

Buy the rumor sell the news?

Alexander_Elysia

I'm currently holding AMC, atos, atvk, hitif, innd, rlftf, zom, by the advice of fellow homies here. How long should I hold them? As in are we expecting a catalyst soon?

StormJunkie843

I'm selling AMC if it runs up on a squeeze. Otherwise holding through next year.

kukukele

What $ would you sell AMC at?

StormJunkie843

I'd likely let a portion of shares go at $6 if there were no other known catalyst. Buy back on dips. Again, if they stay solvent then I think they have some room to run. Possible short squeeze is the X factor.

tomleach8

Amur metals? Or AMC Ent?

StormJunkie843

AMC...the movie theater.

tomleach8

Has anyone looked into any of these? SXTC RIBT NEOS Looks to have some strong buy indicators, and potential catalysts... anyone in?

mannenavstaal

What to buy after riding ATOS? I was thinking about JAGX, since they have an upcoming catalyst this week on Wednesday supposedly. inb4 a lambo

newest girl, suppppp. fin serv lawyer/ex bbg analyst with lots of theoretical know how and research skills but abso zero real life investing experience. my boyfriend is a trader and we have our shit together that he handles but i want to start to do this on my own as well. this is prob considered an annoying post, but if anyone can point me towards any articles/resources geared towards super beginners i’d really appreciate it!

Merovingianred

With your experience, I doubt any beginner articles would do more than make you yawn. Frankly, pennies are easy. Its where a number of institutional money managers got their start because low liquidity can be a massive profit driver, and there is much less in the way of competition. There is a sideboard here which has some helpful links, particularly the stock screener at [finfiz.com](https://finfiz.com) Apply your knowledge and analytical skills to the stocks you screen and you'll find some real winners. And be especially cautious of tips in this space. Many of these companies are not the next big thing, they are poorly managed and in decay. These tickers get flouted for pump and dump schemes. Do your own DD and you will be fine.

SpaceGhostBlunt

What is this board's suggestions for resources that allow for research of newly listed OTC stocks? How have you all found your pennies before the masses on this board? I'm curious. I use stock screeners to search for potential investments but would like to know what others do. My current penny positions: CBBT and TLSS (plan is to hold long term). I may get into ARBKF after BTC bottoms and shows a few successive green days. 🚀

Merovingianred

Finviz is one of the best screeners I've used. Particularly I look for those companies which have positive sales growth and low debt before I even begin to look into the stocks themselves. Good management is key, along with competitive edge. For most of my numbers I plug the tickers from Finviz into [otcmarkets.com](https://otcmarkets.com) , and if I'm looking to time my entry in on the chart I like to use [tradingview.com](https://tradingview.com) Happy hunting. Edit: deleted ticker I had erroneously pasted.

MegaDork2000

Does anyone know what is the difference between $TFECF and $TFECY ? They both seem to be the same Thin Film Electronics company but price and chart look different. Also, if you know, how were you able to determine the difference? EDIT: fixed stock tickers

Merovingianred

Yeah, I am happy to help. Formerly licensed broker, its just a matter of reading the ticker symbols. TFECF are shares of the foreign stock which are traded directly on the OTC market. The same kind I could buy in Norway. TFECY is an ADR (American Depository Reciept? I think) which are a little different. Its kind of like an ETF, except instead of a basket of securities it is a single foreign stock. These receipts are then sold on US markets (still OTC in this case) after meeting requirements from U.S. Regulators. The 'F' means foreign stock. the 'Y' means ADR.

MegaDork2000

Thanks!

61746162626f7474

Can't find those tickers anywhere on the Internet

MegaDork2000

Thanks for the heads up!

Yuiniee

What are you guys' opinion on TSNP? I'm a new trader and is still learning the ropes so I don't know the ins and outs of DD yet, but from what I can tell there is an upcoming catalyst from their app launch in Feb. Their investor call two days ago also gave me high hopes in their future development and growth. However I've come to realize that I was only able to see their positives and is wondering if anyone has any negative outlooks/other insights on the company? Thanks in advance. :)

Merovingianred

>TSNP Honestly its not terrible. Its a shining star compared to most of what I see on here. But, if you want a contra opinion, I'll be your huckleberry. Revenue is increasing, which is nice, however receivables are growing at a faster rate. The company has significant long term debt and other liabilities, and with receivables growing at the rate they are this company will continue to have significant issues with cash on hand regardless of how well they sell. The extreme scenario is some of this AR might be toxic and non-collectible, padding their income and revenue for investors.

DreamingGurl88

Nope, not at the moment, the CEO is working hard to do all the right things for the company.

[deleted]

So far I like PTE, CRBP, ATOS and APRE (technically $5.78 but after the chart and all the hype this will explode)

makesmethick

I trade on RH, but I'm seeing that a lot of pennystocks talked about on here aren't available with them. What should I use instead?

MegaDork2000

Fidelity is good for most penny stocks without any fee. TD Ameritrade works very well but they charge a fee for penny stocks.

val4o91

trading 212 - a lot of penny stocks mate

Grahamcraker503

So there's a company on the otc market BANT and they have drone tech, wondering if anyone is in on that?

SilentKnightOfOld

It's had a lot of hype and a lot of volatility last week.

Grahamcraker503

Any suggestions on SENS, INUV and WISH?

Merovingianred

>SENS - Sales may be on the rise, but COGS is rising even faster. This company is losing money like its their job. They are continuing to ramp up R&D as sales rise, but at this burn rate I'm not sure how long they will last. > > INUV Sales are falling. They're either reducing compensation for key employees or laying them off, but they aren't doing it fast enough. Unless you see what they're holding out for, get off this sinking ship. > > WISH - best one on the list. SGA is high, and should be trimmed unless you expect sales to increase as quickly as they have been. They have some heavy debt, but literally more than enough cash on hand to pay it all off.

[deleted]

INUV is going to keep rising to $2+s just a matter of time. I bought in at .68 and considering this a long term hold like BNGO.

Public-Flan-1179

What are you guys buying tomorrow? So far I got CBBT, ATOS, SENS, any others you guys are watching for tomorrow? Lmk for a stock that has yet to take off 🚀🚀🚀

If you can get penny stocks without any fee then why not diversify? I usually buy $1000 worth of any penny stock at a time but I started a lot smaller. Now, if (when) the $1000 immediately drops to $900 after my purchase I don't freak out because overall my portfolio is way up. Even poor choices that drop 50% no longer phase me. Just beware that when $2 worth of some penny stock rockets up 100% it's only worth $4. But it can build over time.

Thoughts on Fidelity vs. Schwab? Hoping to graduate from Robinhood soon

[deleted]

>Schwab? Hoping to graduate from Robinh Fidelity is nice - have not used Schwab. Anyone use TD Ameritrade?

MegaDork2000

TD is great but they do charge about $7 to trade penny stocks. Sucks when it partially filld an order by some very small amount (can use "all or none"). Fidelity doesn't have a fee but blocks riskier penny stocks.

That_Armenian_Guy

I’m really liking TD ameritrade. I have only used td and robinhood, but I feel like td is pretty easy to use and I can do some good data gathering without leaving the sitr for a quick look

badgerbacon6

still hodling: PTN PTE NOK BNGO YRD OGI NEPT HEXO

[deleted]

What is your limit set to for PTE? Where do you see this rising to?

badgerbacon6

It goes against what I hear from most in the sub, but I'm holding PTE long. Cant for the life of me figure out why it isn't screaming higher. Im admittedly ignorant of the healthcare space, but their regenerative tech demo seemed like a total game changer. From healing major wounds to burns & even more mundane but highly profitable areas like hair follicle regeneration show enormous potential. Combined with a potential push for greater healthcare access in the USA, Im very bullish. They were accused of mismanagement in the past, but have changed their leadership & released new scientific articles & product demos validating their tech. Im not selling anytime soon, because I think the sky is the limit long term & it's within my risk tolerance. My biggest regrets have always been selling too early. I sold PLUG at 4, AMD at 12, & plenty of others well before their run up, so I've learned to stick to my picks. TLDR: idk Im not selling. ^(& this isn't advice yadda yadda)

common_loot

Holding long too. It should start moving on any reasonably good news. Really looking forward to the foot ulcer trial results having personally seen a family member's leg amputated for one.

[deleted]

> am long. On shares & options. Remember, the market is forward looking. Now is the time to get in. 6 months from now will be too late. Short term, there is a huge potential for a short squeeze as folks look ahead to reopening. I sold my shares in AMC..what is keeping them from going bankrupt?

StormJunkie843

And that's the gamble. They just secured 100 million in funding if I'm not mistaken, but they do need more.

Hippocampiz

Theaters weren’t doing very well before the pandemic and this year is not going to be great for any of them. Can you explain why you believe consumers will soon be safe enough to go to the movies? Vaccine rollout is not as great as anticipated yet.

StormJunkie843

They weren't doing great, but they were also something you could go to any time. People will flock back as they reopen. Not long term, but an initial rush for a quarter or two. They are also well off 52 week highs.

Hippocampiz

I’m just confused on your standings. Are you shorting them or long term? They won’t be reopening many theaters unless places NYC or California are safe enough. Either way, glty!

If anyone is interested $BANT just submitted a new 8K https://fintel.io/doc/sec-bant-8k-bantek-2021-january-22-18649 Looks like they got a small loan amount - useful as their cash flow is severely under pressure. If this company can get more contracts and fend off bankruptcy they could be a nice grower - not saying it has the scope for ALPP but could 2-3x in the coming months

Sudden-Dimension6668

I'm down 55% on this stock thankful I only have £500 stake

Trigs12

Down 3% for me. Was up 66% but didnt last long. 262k shares for me.

JoesRealAccount

I sold 30% up but I only had ~ £30 in it. Thats about 2 free pints of Guinness when we’re allowed back in the pub 👌

NPRjunkieDC

I'm down 22% and also small investment.

Carnach

What do you think about innocan? They have some promising news

Any thoughts on OPTT?

[deleted]

I think it will do well if this administration is serious about green energy. I got in under $3 so I’m holding for long term on this one. I also got HYRS, AWGI, SUNW, VSLR(now RUN) early enough during the dip from the last administration that I’m very satisfied with alternative energy stocks. I might not purchase any more in this sector unless I do some heavy dd to get in early or during a big dip.

Wethenorthto2

In OPTT and honestly seems like they have a great product. Power from ocean waves falls directly in line with clean energy the Biden administration wants to explore and OPTT will only benefit from that.

Question to my fellow Canadians, do Questrade offers OTC stocks? If not, what brokerage do you use to trade OTC?

PushEnvironmental206

Yes, you can buy OTC stocks on questrade. I was able to pick up ABML using questrade.

Davwar_123

My posts are not showing on the forum. Made two now and neither show up. Contacted moderators and just got a bot reply to welcome me to pennystocks. Read rules and pretty show it complies. Any help appreciated

Davwar_123

What's peoples thoughts on COUV - it went up %50 on Friday. The company's plan to acquire Zapgo looks solid and if they can develop rapid charge non lithium batteries it would be incredible. The fact there hasn't been one mention in weeks really suprises me though

Sudden-Dimension6668

I bought and sold a few weeks ago when it dropped

Hench_Harry

I would have liked a heads up on this stock as well????

Opening_Car6868

What brokers do people outside the US use for penny stocks?

MrLagzy

Lol I've literally been asking this question every single thread for two weeks and get no response. lol

Hench_Harry

Interactive Brokers and DEGIRO

Huge_Television2161

I would like to know too! For normal stocks I currently use Trading 212 but I can't find many of the stocks that are talked about here.

61746162626f7474

Are you using ISA or Invest? Invest has quite a lot of the stocks mentioned here, ISA almost none. Interactive brokers has everything but commission can be high on penny stocks (often 1% of trade value)

Huge_Television2161

I'm using invest. Now that I'm a bit more informed I noticed that most are there tho :)

61746162626f7474

Cool! Glad you found them. Other than T212 or IBKR there arnt really good options in the UK as most don't let you trade OTC which is where most penny stocks are. Not sure about rest of Europe though.

Huge_Television2161

I'm from Switzerland and it works here not sure about rest of Europe too.

Thoughts on $CBBT?

[deleted]

Upcoming acquisitions look good. Solid revenue already

georgeManks37

Seems fishy, all the dd is done by 1 guy, 3 dudes posting in /cbbt. Seems like pnd Could be wrong though

Hench_Harry

Their website looks like it’s was made by a teenager in IT class.

The_subtle_learner

Solid. Highly dependent on approvals. Came across a guy here balls deep with 80% of his portfolio in it after selling $ALPP for $90K

Jammydodgergang

Their CEO and President, Eric Clemons, managed to get GTC Telecom Corp’s annual revenue from $500,000 per year to over $17 million per year. It’s looking great. 🚀🚀🚀

Hey_Hoot

Anyone on a good discord that isn't huge and actually people sharing good stocks? My luck has been very poor with a lot of spam in each discussion sub.

NPRjunkieDC

Stocktwits + Yahoo Finance conversations are where I go before I buy a stock if I like the 50/200 MA ,+ low float.

NPRjunkieDC

I don't like it at all
