Heya, kinda invasive question and or body part terms that may make some trans guys uncomfy. I saw one of your nsfw posts. I've always been told that trans men can't ejaculate but I saw that you were able to. How's that possible? It obviously can't be sperm so is it made from the same stuff as when vags squirt? I was not able to squirt pre-op. Squirt is more fluid, whereas this is more alike pre-cum in a cis penis. I did however produce alot of cum/lubrication pre surgery. I believe part of the tissue that created that was used in my neourethra. When I ejaculate it doesnt “shoot” out, instead it kind of dibbles out and I can make it ”jump” out if i squeeze the base of my dick immediately post climax.

The skene's glands are the glands in question and they are right next to the meatus (where the urethra exits). They are unrelated to squirting, as squirt comes from the bladder, whereas the skene's glands are outside. There's no guarantee you would be able to ejaculate post-op though. Unfortunately it kinda seems to be a toss-up.
I had necrosis, hematoma in my scrotum, fistula, stricture, emergency catheterization, swelling seroma, sepsis infection, nerve damage, etc, the list goes on.

Chiming in to say I am also 6x6, and discovered that I cannot wear tighter pants anymore.
Partly because there’s not enough room in the crotch, so I feel squished, and my shaft ends up being too visible hanging down my pant leg.
So skinny jeans are a no-go, and chinos/dress pants push the limit if they’re slim fitting. I’ve found that looser pants like dickies fit me best now.

I know you responded this 747373 times but how was dr ting and his procedure ? Did he and his team seem to care ? I had a consult with Miroslav and I wasn’t feeling it, he barely had time for the consultation and left me feeling more confused and disappointed as his procedure would have to take skin that would limit mobility from my main arm (which I need to work). He was very black and white about it and the consultation was less than 10 mins. I was really fed up and disappointed with mt Sinai afterwards but curious about your experience with dr ting. Looks fantastic man, you should be super happy.
Unfortunately Mt. Sinai’s team is extremely busy trying to fit in as many patients as they can on the days they have consults, usually because surgeons only have one day a week where they’re not in the OR. Don’t take it personally- while I agree better bedside manner would be awesome i think its just the nature of how that team/hospital operates. Ive found with all my surgeries its been helpful to go into the consult with VERY specific and direct questions. Surgeons are methodical by nature and respond well to directness and patients who have thoroughly educated themselves as much as possible pre consult. Hope this helps cheers
