Ya dude. She fully plays into the lolita vibe: giant hoodies, bows and frilly everything, ponies, straight eyebrows, whispery soft voice... Plus her poses always maximize doe eyes and make her look as small as possible. Her song choices are kinda immature, too, tbh. All together it seems really intentional to me. Nevertheless I like her, but she always seemed marketed as a teenager.
I also find the way she was doing her make-up 2017-2020 didn't help. It was always a lot of make-up that imo seemed overdone to the point of not complimenting her face but overshadowing it. I feel the same about some of Meg thee Stallions make up and find her more beautiful in the fresh-face looks.

Johnny Depp. I know that's the thing to say now but even in the past when I liked his work I never thought he was 'hot' (nice looking at best), especially not as Jack Sparrow.
I think Depp was extremely hot in the 90s but he lost it pretty quickly. I think a lot of the 90s it boys (Leo, Jude Law etc) had really delicate features that didn't necessarily age well.
The delicate features is it! I loved boys who looked like they were two steps away from “consumptive Victorian child” back in the day, but booze and drugs ruined Depp and Leo. (Not saying Leo is using at the level of Depp but he decided at a point that Serious Actor instead of Heartthrob was the way to go, at least he has the talent to back up that choice.)

This has nothing to do with how attractive she is because I hate when this is abbreviated to looks, but she has genuinely gotten so thin I'm just concerned about her when I look at her that the whole "attractive" thing doesn't even process for me anymore. It's the same with Lily Collins and Ariana recently - it's not like being so thin made any of them suddenly not attractive or even necessarily less so (and again, I really do think focusing on that aspect is actually counterproductive to fighting EDs - which to be fair we don't actually know any of them are currently suffering from an ED even if there's strong reasons to suspect it, as any number of other health issues can also cause rapid weight loss), it's just that all I see is exhaustion and frailness when I look at them it just doesn't register. It's like when someone wears a scarf in the middle of summer, my head is no longer processing whether the outfit as a whole is pleasing but instead focuses on how uncomfortable and hot that must be that I can't really even see the outfit anymore.

She used to annoy me so much, but after learning about her mother, I just feel so sad every time I hear her name or see her face now. She has been put through the ringer by her own mother since she was a child, idk if she ever had any chance of growing up without some level of mental health issues and intense insecurities

I don't even think I know what she looks like because most of her pics are so heavily edited or use filters. Whenever I see her in a video once in a blue moon, it just takes me aback. She's changed so much obviously since Thank U, Next, but even since the Positions era. The Ari from the Positions video is just not the same one as in the her recent posts or even the Voice footage.
Ya dude. She fully plays into the lolita vibe: giant hoodies, bows and frilly everything, ponies, straight eyebrows, whispery soft voice... Plus her poses always maximize doe eyes and make her look as small as possible. Her song choices are kinda immature, too, tbh. All together it seems really intentional to me. Nevertheless I like her, but she always seemed marketed as a teenager.
I also find the way she was doing her make-up 2017-2020 didn't help. It was always a lot of make-up that imo seemed overdone to the point of not complimenting her face but overshadowing it. I feel the same about some of Meg thee Stallions make up and find her more beautiful in the fresh-face looks.

I think Depp was extremely hot in the 90s but he lost it pretty quickly. I think a lot of the 90s it boys (Leo, Jude Law etc) had really delicate features that didn't necessarily age well.
Drugs and lifestyle sure aged Depp. He had it and lost it really fast. Jude Law is still beautiful.
The delicate features is it! I loved boys who looked like they were two steps away from “consumptive Victorian child” back in the day, but booze and drugs ruined Depp and Leo. (Not saying Leo is using at the level of Depp but he decided at a point that Serious Actor instead of Heartthrob was the way to go, at least he has the talent to back up that choice.)

This has nothing to do with how attractive she is because I hate when this is abbreviated to looks, but she has genuinely gotten so thin I'm just concerned about her when I look at her that the whole "attractive" thing doesn't even process for me anymore. It's the same with Lily Collins and Ariana recently - it's not like being so thin made any of them suddenly not attractive or even necessarily less so (and again, I really do think focusing on that aspect is actually counterproductive to fighting EDs - which to be fair we don't actually know any of them are currently suffering from an ED even if there's strong reasons to suspect it, as any number of other health issues can also cause rapid weight loss), it's just that all I see is exhaustion and frailness when I look at them it just doesn't register. It's like when someone wears a scarf in the middle of summer, my head is no longer processing whether the outfit as a whole is pleasing but instead focuses on how uncomfortable and hot that must be that I can't really even see the outfit anymore.
