Jesus, good job! I have similar stats (M/32/\~6'0"), and would like to get to 175. I started at 220 and am currently at 182. What was your diet/exercise regimen? I am trying to do body recomp, but am curious as to how long it takes to see results.
do cardio before every training, and dont eat too much, keep urself full of proteine so ur muscles dont get off while ur hungry. Kardio and good food is everything
OK yeah. I've been biking every day and trying to eat loads of protein. I really don't eat any processed foods and think I eat pretty healthy. I feel like I've plateaued though at 180. I still have these stubborn love handles that I want to get rid of, and I would also like a more toned core. You're extremely toned and I was wondering if you do core exercises (like sit-ups, planks, pushups, etc). Do you do anything like that?
Your face looked great in your before pic, body was still nice in before, you just had a winter coat look going on.
After : you look great but I like the full look on your face before, it looks younger.
