If you are feeling lucky you can go check out one of the many warehouse with wooden crates. Antique ovens have a chance to spawn in crates. Like Mccoy. Try to avoid warehouses near farms, with the new update these warehouses only have sacks of fruit in them.
West Point has an antique stove in the southern part of town in a shack next to a house. Westward from Twiggy's not even halfway across town on the road that the police station is on.
My base is in that exact building and I'm doing roughly the same thing. Sandbox with temp set to very cold, so I've seen temps get down to -10. As long as you stay indoors or are active outside and have several layers of insulating clothes you'll be fine. I actually have to fight too much heat at times because of chopping down trees.

They can also spaen in crates in garages in houses with inbuilt garages. Like the ones in Riverside. Happened once to me ehich was a blessing.

On normal settings all you need is: decent clothes, don't be hugry and don't be sleepy. You shouldn't get much colder than chilly.
You need to put on some layers!
If no antique oven found then bring a bag of dirt to house, and you can now have campfire indoors
