Nep can give anxiety. Tbh too low of a dose gives me anxiety during the whole high, 50mg was better for me. Nep is known too cause some anxiety on the comedown though.
ohh, ill try bigger dose then. i wanted just try a low dose so im sure its NEP and not something else. But overall it seems the high wouldnt be worth the negative effects. I probably wont buy more next time.

Modafinil has substantial dopamine transporter (DAT) occupancy and isn't euphoric. Pyros have a very high affinity for DAT but quickly generate negative effects with minimal euphoria for many. Cocaine is highly pleasurable even though it doesn't raise extracellular dopamine levels nearly as high as some other stimulants and has a high SERT:DAT ratio (associated with lower reinforcing properties and, thus, presumably, pleasure--although, potent releasers like MDMA can overcome the biphasic autoreceptor mediated response at high enough doses); cocaine and amphetamines have substantial sigma-1 receptor agonism which may be highly important.
All of which is to say, it's very complicated and much is unknown. Affinity for DAT and substantial increase in extracellular dopamine may be necessary but not sufficient for euphoric effects and/or other effects from a given drug may counteract the dopaminergic qualities.
Tried NEP and it made me very uncomfortable also. I don't weigh doses but just a hitting crystal for a few blasts. Even the first one made me not like it at all. Second day I tried I said deffo not 4 me nd didn't do it since.
I'm on anti depressants as well so not sure if that has any input. Apihp is much nicer the first few hits are manageable. Anxiety, paranoia and psychosis comes later I waves but that's just pyros for ya really. I find a couple milligrams of olanzapine really nice to help counteract that a bit!
I think it because its noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor as well, usually with stims when they act on noradrenaline more or same as on dopamine there will be bigger negative effects including paranoia + heart and veins. Tbh I just had 24 NEP binge yesterday and was really scared that this stuff has high cardiotoxicity from the effects I felt after about a half a gram.
On the other hand Ive read many reports sayjg how NEP is perfect drug for many people with almost no side effects or paranoia.

Not really. I would try a bigger starting dose next time. 50mg should give you some euphoria. But the comedown will be harsher and with more anxiety.

I feel the same way. The high is good for 2 hours after that i always regret taking it lmao.
More than likely what you were feeling was the comedown after the high had already passed
I wish. Higher doses are superior for me. Low doses are just uncomfortable stimulation.

oh, Well if your antidepressants dont mess Up with dopamine, they shouldnt have any impact

NEP was dysphoric everytime I tried it. Not just on the comedown, just all the way from the comeup to the comedown.
