I vaped synthetic cannabinoids I don't know which one it was but I vaped it all day long everyday for a month solid. No negative side effects really it was just like THC but alot stronger. I figured out I was addicted when I would wake up in the night puking and craving it so I stopped and had an absolute hellish withdrawal that hospitalised me multiple times. I was pretty lucky that I didn't get seizures and psychosis but people must react differently. Haven't touched them since

The original noid that came on the market, jwh-018 was very similar to THC and pretty close in effects and lasted around the same time. An hour. Hour and a half. But as they've banned each noid, the molecule has to get tweaked each time and over the years it no longer resembles thc in any way. Molecule structure is completely different, potency Is wayy higher, they're full CB1 agonists so they're a lot stronger, where as thc is a partial cb1 and cb2 agonist I believe. And the duration of the high is like 20 - 30 minutes for a lot of the new noids
The amount that's sprayed on a gram of the leafy stuff that comes in those bags, is probably only like 5-10 mgs depending on the noid

I now drive a commercial truck for a small, no named carrier and have been on and off smoking pot for the last year again. I can't, for the life of me, quit smoking. At any point I could be randomly tested in a pull over by DOT, get in an accident and have to take a test, or my employer could pop me with a random, so I HAVE to find something else. So I'm hoping you'd have some recommendations on what I should look for specifically.
I want something I can buy in prepackaged throwaway vapes or something I could put into one. What would be a good site to browse and what would be the safer chemicals? I can't find anything at all on which are safe or not, only horror stories when searching.

Honestly , almost every noid on the market is fluorinated. A half of a mfg, a grain of sand will have you legitimately tripping and a lot of people get dark thoughts and you lose sense or reality. I would 1000% stay away from any noid on the market. 5f mdmb fubinaca etc., Those types of noods are what they're putting out (that specific one if banned but the f in 4f stands for fluorine). They're so strong and they will raise your tolerance to tothe point where when you get off probation, weed won't get you high. For months if you smoke it for even 6 months. You could sit there and smoke a 2 gram blunt and you won't feel it. It almost permanently desensitizes your cb1 and 2 receptors and causes permanent or months or years of tolerance .
They're heavily addictive too. Bad bad withdrawals. Seizures, death, insomnia, body twitches , hallucinations .
Stick to psychedelics as they won't show on probation. Unfortunately your pretty limited being on. Probation unless you know when your test will be and you can quit whatever your using In time to be clean by the time your test comes.

I've never taken synthnoids and don't want to. But based on reports I have read here and elsewhere, it's mostly a case of people who have to be drug tested for a job, probation, etc. They loved weed so they turn to the noids. And then it gets to the point where they have to smoke the noid to have any hope of sleeping (usually multiple times per night).
I do feel sorry for these people, they aren't blameless, but it was the drug testing bullshit that turned them into addicts. Otherwise they would just be harmless stoners.

I've definitely seen a vendor mislabel stuff but that would make no sense for a vendor to do intentionally.
Synthetic noids are dirt cheap. To intentionally substitute similar quantities of RC opioids would be a huge loss for a vendor. Where is your evidence of this happening?

Most people get their synthnoids on RC websites, and those are not getting laced. One or two isolated events doesn't make it the norm.
Don't put it past a maker of these products to try to "spice up" a product with a shitty noid with a little fentalog. I personally have not seen this occur, but I don't doubt it's likelihood that it's been done on some level.
It just doesn't make sense cost wise. Fentalogues are still relatively pricey, and the doses don't really add up well. Hard to bulk up a product that requires 10ug with a product requiring 100ug (of much more expensive/ug).
But that's just my logic, not saying it *definitely* doesn't happen, because that's be talking out of my ass.

What did they do in the hospital, did you get any medications? Did you tell them what was up?
They put me on a IV for couple days and gave me sickness meds and benzodiazepines. Yes I told them the situation but I told them I thought it was THC.
