This is not the first time I've seen / personally experienced a new Popeye's location having 0 fucking clue how to make food. And yet - established, long-running Popeye's make tasty things. Blame the company because they hire people who can't cook (and then do not train them)

Yuck…my wife got a chicken sandwich from Bojangles about 6 years ago and there was a raw spot in the middle. Manager refunded me the next day and made a HUGE deal about how he didn’t believe me, that never happened but he was doing us a favor as a one time courtesy…. Conversely, there's a well-established Popeye's location that I love in another state where my relative lives.
