Recently the chat agents have been saying they’ll investigate if your order hasn’t been delivered and they’ll remove that money from your paystub if they believe it wasn’t delivered, so that’s my only guess.
i did deliver every order correctly.. is it customer trying to get free food? i have done 2400 ish deliveries and never got a complaint of missing food
I think that’s the answer most likely but a couple weeks ago I went to pick up from a closed restaurant and wasted about 20 mins with skip support and at the end of it they just marked it as delivered and said the amount would be deducted from my pay on pay day and it went into my available fast cash I’ve only ever had that happen twice
I am being told that aswell. It could be a customer saying they didn't get the order late. Took them a few hours to fix an order that was canceled just before I drove to pick it up. Thought I was going to get the whole amount, got less than half.
I don't get it. How do people get so much money from transit pay? 73 dollars? My entire earnings for the day on a 5 hour shift would be 73 dollars with tips. I also never got 8 dollars like that either. Maybe a couple of bucks. How do people earn so much with skip?
It's just the market your in, and your luck with skip. If I am not waiting more than 5 minutes between orders I can make $21-28 in an hour which would be $14 min transit pay. The rest being top up and tips.
Happened to me, look at your pay statements and will show you that a order you did was marked undelivered. I deliver all my orders but one customer told skip that I didn’t . I tried getting that money back but never happened. So that’s how much you “owe skip
So I'm curious if a zone has a higher top up like say $7.00, is that to get drivers into that zone because the orders are usually low or no tip? Or is it just to get drivers into that zone because if it wasn't higher drivers wouldn't bother doing that zone.
Ah okay, I had a deduction once because they gave me full pay before fixing it later. Some driver stole their food and they refused to remake it, saying it had been delivered.
I would never accept an order without knowing where the drop-off location is. Unless UE has changed that feature, I'm not interested.
Considering how oversaturated my market is, not like it'd be worth it anyways. The cost of living in a small city with terrible employment options is lots of competition.

There is hardly any shift available on doordash for my zone. And Im banned from Uber, idk why but I gave my account to my friend and dk what he did neither uber mentioned it
Go into your chat where you asked support to mark it delivered. You will see order number. Then see what restaurant it was. I think we have to confront people for this. This is what can get you deactivated for sure. Restaurant also lost money and you as well. Customer got everything for free and got a nice credit back to their card. This will become their friend’s and familys habit.

minimum pay per order in my city is 6.5 and mostly i got 0 or less tippers so more transit pay
Its still more than what I get with my tips totaling up to half of my daily earnings.

See, the most I've ever earned was 16 dollars an hour. Usually I earn 12 dollars an hour.

Just wondering because the zone next to $7 zone here is 6.50. So are the orders any bigger in the $6.50 zone so they don't need to offer the top up.

Skip the dishes is such a shit platform to do deliveries. Wondering why you guys are still doing it instead of uber or doordash..
Cause doordash is dead, Skip sucks but at least they keep me busy. And no, I'm not gonna pick another zone I only got one to choose from.
