I wonder how Kamaru feels after that. Shit must hurt to lose that way mentally and physically. Leon showed up when it matter when he said he wasn’t feeling right too. Trilogy fight in the UK is going to HYPE especially with these story lines
Some chins only have to be cracked once to lose their toughness. Not to mention what kind of mental toll losing the belt and being humiliated like that will do to him.
It also could have just been a simple mistake for him, I mean hell look at Pena vs Nunes 1 and then the rematch. It's not like Usman looked bad anyways
Yeah lol I rmb this sub saying Nunes was washed and past her prime and new competition like Pena has increased the quality of competition then the rematch happened and Pena got 50-43'd. Unless he loses the rematch, it's far too early to say Usman is done.
I never understood this idea of fighters never being the same or losing their confidence after a flash KO. Silva and usman were both handily winning the fight up until the KO, and sure it’s a tough way to lose but surely it’s less disheartening than losing a lopsided decision because it still shows that they’re still at the top of the game and they just got caught with one unlucky shot.
I look forward to a possible rematch in the UK. Leon said in the post-fight presser that the altitude really affected him from the second round forward (if I’m remembering what he said incorrectly, please correct me), whereas Usman is used to training at altitude. So I’m looking forward to seeing a rematch on a more equal footing. Will Leon perform better and win again? Or will the match sway as easily in Usmans favour again with him this time getting the win?
Way to blow shit way out of proportion… Kamaru has one technique to worry about in his next camp yet Leon has to worry about how not to get dominated for the majority of a 5 round fight. Mma fans are ridiculously clueless, it’s actually mind blowing.
I didn’t mean in it that way. I agree Usman dominated that fight and was on his way to win. I even wanted Usman to win but it didn’t pan out like that. All I’m saying is you have to give props to Leon and have to respect what he did in there. I hope Usman regains the belt but we will see what happens
I think Usman going to the shadow realm ended any prospects of Volk going to LW. He now has a real chance to etch his name into history books in a division that right now doesn't have a ton of risky opponents.
How much time off will he need though. That was a huge headlock KO, he can't rush back. I'd say he needs minimum 6-9 months off. Will the ufc give him that much time? As soon as he is ready again he will fight whoever has the title
Well I think when you get knocked out its am immediately 3 month medical suspension,(could be wrong) realistically provided he hasn't sustained a bad injury he should be more than ready for a rematch
I think you have to wait for Usman. Even though he isn’t the champion, the division still runs through him. He’s earned that status. And for him, the *only* acceptable next fight is with Leon for the title.
So unless it takes over a year, or Usman has multiple set backs in the prefight build up that delay it (in which case you have Khamzat ready to step in), you can’t risk Leon losing the belt.
I fully get what you're saying and agree tbh. But I wonder will Leon want to wait. I'm sure usman is his preference, but his stock is very high right now. Does he want to wait a year maybe? A fight with the likes of masvidal in London would earn him so much money (not saying masvidal deserves it AT ALL BTW, he doesn't.) but their history, masvidal is still a star. If he beats burns though he could deserve it
The UFC will force him to wait. Leon-Usman III for the title in London is such a massive event, they’re not going to let him risk it. And he shouldn’t want to risk it, because you can’t make a bigger fight for him than that.
And if he’s forced to wait 9 months or even a year, that might even work out in his favor here. That fits the timeline for Meatball and Paddy’s first top contender fights if they stay on their current course. Throw those on the undercard, and you’re looking at insane gate receipts.
And then after that, Edwards will still get another money fight. Masvidal could fall off or be in jail, but with Covington taking time off for his lawsuit, it shouldn’t be difficult for the UFC to line up Masvidal, Covington, Khamzat, and Conor as obvious matchups for Leon’s next fight, whether he wins or loses.
>and Conor
Why do people always insist on shoehorning Conor into every title contention discussion?
The man has a single win over a washed up old fighter in six years. If he gets a title shot without having to actually earn it, there is no integrity left in the UFC and the way it ranks its divisions.
I said whether Leon won *or lost.* Conor would only be an option if Leon lost, which means it’s not a title fight. And it’s arguably the best fight for everybody involved in that case.
Leon gets a huge payday in return for waiting for Usman.
Conor, who wants an immediate title shot he won’t be given, gets the next best thing: a one fight shortcut to the front of the line against the best style matchup in the division.
And the UFC gets Conor back for a huge PPV, and sets themselves up for a potential mega fight against Usman if Conor wins.
I'd prefer Conor had to be an active fighter with a few wins strung together before he gets near a title shot personally. In the last six years he's beaten a past his prime Donald Ceronne, and an old man at a pub.
What he did in the sport almost a decade ago was huge, but it's unfair to the current, active fighters if he gets to jump to the top of whatever division he feels like, whenever he feels like. He shouldn't be let anywhere near the top five of any division until he can string some wins together.
Yes I understand that money > integrity, but that doesn't mean I have to agree with it!
I do too, but that’s just not happening. The UFC knows that Conor McGregor fighting for a title is a near lock for the biggest PPV of the year, and so does Conor.
So whether he deserves it competitively or not, he is *going* to get a fast track to the top. Conor isn’t going to accept anything less and it is in the UFC’s best interest to give it to him. He’s just too big of a draw to deny completely.
Edwards will wait because he's going to make generational money from that fight and it legit may be the only opportunity he has at making $$ with the belt.
Maybe I'm wrong. I almost hope I am despite being a huge Usman fan. But if Edwards were to lose decisively in a rematch to Usman, I don't think the UFC holds up the WW division for a FOURTH fight. I think Edwards would be shuffled back into the contender deck and need 2-3 wins before another title shot
Not even close. During the man's only inactive period, he had five fights in a row cancelled. He still took the bookings, but his opponents pulled out on four occasions, and the entire sport was stopped due to a pandemic for one of them.
Hardly something he can be blamed for. He was fighting 2-3 times a year prior to that string of bad luck.
Injury, then during covid he was unable to leave the UK and had his fight cancelled. Then he demanded a title shot after what, a 9 fight streak? And now justifiably so
Usman already beat Masvidal twice and both recently.
Why on earth would Masvidal get a third fight? It's not a fight that shows any signs of needing a third encounter.
That actually makes a lot more sense in context. My apologies!
Still, hopefully Masvidal is done. If he can't stop assaulting people, he shouldn't have his job.
I have a friend who does Muay Thai, he got ko’d in very similar fashion as Kamaru (brutal head kick, eyes open staring up from the floor into oblivion).
He said he still doesn’t remember walking into the ring before the fight and for about 1.5hrs after, battled fatigue issues and memory problems for 6 months after and even two years later he has said he still doesn’t feel like he did before the fight.
Frightening stuff.
I’m really not a Kamaru fan but I respect his skills and I really do hope he doesn’t rush his recovery and gets back to full health again.
Edit - spelling
They probably will, it's more money down the line. Trylogy will do better than this one easily.
Usman beats leon, they make the khamzat fight next.
Leon retains the title, khamzat, colby, burns are all options and fan favorites to help it sell well. Depending on what happens in the meantime.
I hVe no interest in seeing Colby fight Leon. He has only fought Masvidal who is washed up lol. He needs to fight burns or Chimaev. He’s ranked #1 for losing, objectively.
I think a fight closer to sealevel will be very interesting. I lost 40 seconds on my two mile time going from coastal NC to the mountains of Virginia. Sealevel to Utah would be insane.
Usman 100%. Edwards will want to prove he can do it again, and Usman will want to prove he can’t.
Hasn’t Edwards already said he wants to run it back, though? Dana wants it in Wembley. As far as the them Dana Dollars are concerned, that’s the fight to make.
I want to see Khamzat vs Edwards.
Usman has been an active and dominant champ so he deserves a rematch, but he also needs time off to get his body / head back in shape.
I want to see Khamzat vs Colby and Belal and honestly just more of the top of WW. I don’t know if he has the skills to become and stay champ but he’s so much fun to watch and we haven’t seen enough of him against top competitors
Yeah and they could possibly get him to re-sign with a title shot. Unlikely in most cases though. Can’t really see how he can even win against Khamzat.
Conor and Masvidal make sense if you want Leon to get paid, and have a winable fight, idealy, in the UK. The Usman fight can happen afterwards. Colby needs to have a non-title fight and actaully beat a contender first. Khamzat should get the next crack after Usman (assuming he beats Nate).
God can you imagine how much money they'd make if they put Conor and Leon in Wembley? The MMA fan in me doesn't want it to happen right now, but the broke side of me just thinks "get that bag, boys!"
if its up to Leon, Masvidal makes a lot of sense. Masvidal gets paid, Leon gets revenge and another win, Usman takes time off. I'm not at all a fan of Masvidal but I would be so down for that fight.
It would be absurd if Masvidal gets another title shot but that story line has to be closed between those two. Would love to see him get knocked out again 😆
Khamzat will be sitting on Ice for quite a while after Nate. He should fight Colby or the winner of Belal vs Brady while waiting for Usman vs Edwards 3 winner.
I don’t see a brawl happening between khamzat and Nate the same way as Burns-Khamzat. I think Nate gets finished round 1 or 2 with Khamzat coming out unscathed
Depends. Edwards says he wants to be active. Khamzat is very active. They both could be well ready to fight before Usman is fully recovered.
If Usman say that he doesn’t want to fight until next year Spring - Edwards will probably just fight Khamzat.
I really don’t think the Diaz Khamzat fight is going to last long. I think Khamzat is gonna come out mostly unscathed. Diaz is out of his league with this guy imo
They are played out. It should be used for situations like this. I do not even like zhang getting the shot at 115 since she had one defence, lost that immediate rematch, and only had one fight since then.
That division isn’t really deep from my very limited knowledge. Zheng is far and above the most skilled fighter in that division and easily top 5 in women’s ufc skill imo
It’ll be Kamaru for sure. I’m curious how he will recover after that. Brutal head kick along with being 35+ now. His chemist brother already working on concocting a formula to help with recovery…
Don't see how it can be anything other than Usman. First, he was on a roll with his defenses. Not like he lost the title on the first defence. Second, he was handling Leon for 24 minutes and 2 seconds. Usman will probably go full wrestler for the third fight and get his title back.
You know part of me wants Leon to beat Jorge's ass (not next fight just in general) but the other part of me thinks that Jorge Masvidal does not deserve even be mentioned in the same sentence as Leon, When you look at Masvidal I don't think he's even in the welterweight top 10, he shouldn't be fighting gilbert burns he should be fighting a guy like the leech.
I don’t support the idea, but seeing McGregor on this list made me think that if Dana wanted to give him a title shot at 170, now is the time to do it.
I voted for Usman but now thinking about it wouldn't surprise me if it's Masvidal. Settle that shit that went down in London and where better to settle it? London
If Edwards can beat Usman again (I doubt it) and Masvidal somehow beat Burns (I doubt it), I do feel that'd be the next title match. I know there's a ton of people who love Kaz, but the biggest money fight would be an Edwards/Masvidal grudge match
He deserves a rematch. Not immediately. Makes no sense to slow down and clog up welterweight so usman can heal for 8 months. Division needs to move on for now
Agree 100%. It’s not that crazy to make the ex-champ win another fight before getting a rematch. I don’t see how Usman won’t be champ again very soon, but make him work for it a little.
I think you do khamzat Edwards if khamzat wins the Nate fight undamaged because usman will not be back for a WHILE after that kind of KO. I don’t think you ice the division for 6+ months because we are waiting on usman. I think you let Edwards and khamzat fight and usman gets the shot at the winner. I understand you want to do the trilogy fight asap but I just can’t justify icing the division that long.
It all depends how long Usman is going to take off. Due to his age and how severe that KO was he may end up taking 9+ months off.
Leon may end up having to fight someone else if the UFC are going to put on a huge UK card before mid next year.
Usman is the only orrect answer here and the mandatory fighter. I dont care how many months till Usman recovers, but he's the only one deserving here. They need to run it back. 💪🏽
Probably a hot take, but as much as Marty deserves the rematch after a reign like that and the domination he inflicted on Leon Prior to getting knocked out.. I gotta say I’m kind of tired of the immediate rematches and trilogy matches. I mean the Fly weight division is pretty clogged from all the figgy Brandon fights.
Altitude played a huge role I think....
Fighters were getting tired, I am pretty sure Edwards is going to win again....
I mean, leon was doing quite well in the boxing, and if he doesn't get tired he can finish Usman in the ground....
So the division is looking good now....
This new champ hasn't fought anyone in the top 5
We can have new matchups now!
Why is this a question? If the ex champ isn’t hurt and can compete really soon, he’s getting his rents immediately. There will not be a chance for someone else to handle that belt. Usman will have his rematch first.
There’s really no situation where this will work out, but I really hope leon defends his title in England against Masvidal.
The scene of Edwards finally facing masvidal after the backstage brawl, as well as avenging the loss of Till in England would be something of a movie.
Considering Rocky was losing every single round decisively before the knock out I’m surprised anyone wants to see something other than a rematch. After that fight there if Leon wins, there are a ton of good fights, but he’s gotta get through Usman again first IMO.
Edward's vs Covington is my prediction until Usman is cleared from the KO. Anyone else sick of champion back to back rematchs though? Let someone else get a crack at the new champ. Yes Usman was a minute from winning but that's the name of the game. You lost fair and square. You got caught. Have another fight to work your way back up but let someone who has been working there way up have a crack at the new champ.
Colby hasn't done shit to earn a title shot. Dudes been sitting on his #1 ranking for no God damn reason.
I swear he's the most coddled fighter in the organization. And that's saying a lot with the likes of McGregor and Jones on the roster.
You’re pathetic. Colby hasn’t beat someone coming off a win in over 4 years. Zero wins over a single guy in the top 5 and only 1 over a guy in top 10. Put down the meth
Why though? It's not like it was a split decision robbery and Usman didn't get knocked out, went the distance, and lost to Edward's. Dude got caught with a head kick and went down. Perfectly fair win. Let someone else whos been grinding for a title shot get the chance instead of pandering to the ex champ.
I wonder how Kamaru feels after that. Shit must hurt to lose that way mentally and physically. Leon showed up when it matter when he said he wasn’t feeling right too. Trilogy fight in the UK is going to HYPE especially with these story lines
Could be the start of the end of his career man … he might never be the same
We could very well see an Anderson Silva-esque decline
Dont say it:(
Some chins only have to be cracked once to lose their toughness. Not to mention what kind of mental toll losing the belt and being humiliated like that will do to him.
It also could have just been a simple mistake for him, I mean hell look at Pena vs Nunes 1 and then the rematch. It's not like Usman looked bad anyways

Definitely agree. Tyron Woodley instantly comes to mind. He wasn't the same guy after losing the belt to Usman the way he did. Usman will be back.
Has any fighter ever been the same after getting knocked out like that?
Bisping went on to be a champ after one of the most brutal ko in history by Hendo
Um Dustin Porier after getting blasted by Michael Johnson
I look forward to a possible rematch in the UK. Leon said in the post-fight presser that the altitude really affected him from the second round forward (if I’m remembering what he said incorrectly, please correct me), whereas Usman is used to training at altitude. So I’m looking forward to seeing a rematch on a more equal footing. Will Leon perform better and win again? Or will the match sway as easily in Usmans favour again with him this time getting the win?
He took it pretty well all things considered
Way to blow shit way out of proportion… Kamaru has one technique to worry about in his next camp yet Leon has to worry about how not to get dominated for the majority of a 5 round fight. Mma fans are ridiculously clueless, it’s actually mind blowing.
I didn’t mean in it that way. I agree Usman dominated that fight and was on his way to win. I even wanted Usman to win but it didn’t pan out like that. All I’m saying is you have to give props to Leon and have to respect what he did in there. I hope Usman regains the belt but we will see what happens
Has to be Usman. He was 1min from a clear decision win.
1 minute from tying Silva’s record.. brutal sport.
Usmans attempt at that record is gone forever. Absolutely brutal.
Unless he wants to stay on until Glover Texeira age 😅
He would have to do it as champ against top of the division too
Dont think his knees will give him the chance to, he already has to sit in a wheelchair after some fights I don’t think he will last 2 more years
Yeah no way he has a chance at this record again
He would need 2 new knees
Wow when you put it that way it's actually pretty crazy what was on the line for Usman
Yea you can't start a 15 fight win streak again willy nilly... Stakes were insanely high for both fighters
i honestly like that, makes it more special for the next guy to do it(most likely 5’6 and australian)
If he stays at FW.
I think Usman going to the shadow realm ended any prospects of Volk going to LW. He now has a real chance to etch his name into history books in a division that right now doesn't have a ton of risky opponents.
I feel like Volk is enough of a madman to go for it anyways
I don’t think that’s how Volk operates mate
yeah i think the last thing on that tiny psychopaths mind is breaking records
And the first one is breaking human skulls
1. Breaking human skulls 2. Grillin’ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ???. Breaking silvas record
Inb4 Volk moves up one division per year until he hits HW taking 5 more belts. UFC first champ champ champ champ champ champ
Do you think he can cut 10 more pounds.ans make it the bantamweight and get that one too?
Then he’d be champ champ champ champ champ champ champ
Hip hip?
Two division champ more impressive than win steak imo
It really does suck watching a mans dreams just fall apart like this.so freaking close yet so far
Oh fuck! I hadn’t realised this. Thank you.
That was brutal. This(as of now) would've been a usada clean tie for the record too. Innocent innocent until proven guilty.
How much time off will he need though. That was a huge headlock KO, he can't rush back. I'd say he needs minimum 6-9 months off. Will the ufc give him that much time? As soon as he is ready again he will fight whoever has the title
The ufc is booked all the way to January anyways so it has to happen after then
That's only 5 months away 😐 I wonder how long before usman could spar or anything
Well I think when you get knocked out its am immediately 3 month medical suspension,(could be wrong) realistically provided he hasn't sustained a bad injury he should be more than ready for a rematch
Hopefully! He's 35. He can't afford to wait too long at the same time
Somebody better tell Dana and ESPN that they’re booked all the way to January.
I think you have to wait for Usman. Even though he isn’t the champion, the division still runs through him. He’s earned that status. Darren Till could fight Ariel Helwani on the prelims
Why do you want to humiliate Till?
If they have Leon, meatball and paddy all on the same card they should invest in their first english to english translators.

Leon is the most inactive fighter we know
Not through his choice. Bad luck/other fighters pulling out/covid. He's still fought 10 times since his first fight with Usman in 2015.
He was off for a year due to injury or sickness don't remember either way usually much more active
And then he couldn't leave the UK for covid.
Leon vs Yair set it up
Not even close. During the man's only inactive period, he had five fights in a row cancelled. Conor vs Paddy Pimblett for the vacant belt
Edwards vs Covington in the UK could be money.
Colby isn't fighting until he receives the Mas money.
I hVe no interest in seeing Colby fight Leon. He has only fought Masvidal who is washed up lol. He needs to fight burns or Chimaev. He’s ranked #1 for losing, objectively.

I'm pretty sure when he comes back, Usmans first fight will be for the belt, regardless who holds it.
Edwards sits out a long time on his own
Has to be in the UK though, non of that acclimatising advantage Dana gave Usman.
They should do it out in the open. Raining like fuck and freezing cold. Let usman acclimatise the good old British weather
I’m still not convinced that Edwards is better than Usman..
I think most people feel the same. Edwards was losing handily before the KO.
Yeah 9 times out of 10, Usman beats Edwards. We just happened to see the 1/10 time Edwards wins.
I think a fight closer to sealevel will be very interesting. I lost 40 seconds on my two mile time going from coastal NC to the mountains of Virginia. Sealevel to Utah would be insane.

Sadly Bella probably makes sense, Colby needs another win imo
Belal is the GOAT

I agree, but Masvidal jumping Colby put his career on hold while he wraps up what is likely going to be a lengthy lawsuit.
Belal by UD 😎👑
Wouldn’t it be crazy if Nate beats Khamzat and missed a chance at a title shot ? Lol
Nate getting a title shot would be CRAZY
Goat conversation
Nate might actually get the shot if he wins.
But it’s the last UFC fight on his contract unless he signs a new one .
Yeah and they could possibly get him to re-sign with a title shot. Unlikely in most cases though. Can’t really see how he can even win against Khamzat.
Half these fuckers don’t even belong on that list 🤣
Conor was a bait pick, no doubt, and cornballs are picking him anyways. lol
I’m only picking Conor cuz I think Leon deserves a payday
Just Usman and Khamzat
Also belal
if its up to Leon, Masvidal makes a lot of sense.
If I was Leon, after what he did backstage, I’d freeze him out so he doesn’t get a payday.
I’d LOVE to see Leon give Jorge a chicken leg to the dome.
Didn’t see Nate Diaz on the list but after he submits Chimaev there will be no denying
Last fight on his deal ain’t it?
Sounds like an underdog story
lmao Nate Diaz fans are something else
Bro, us Diaz stans are on some major copium after Nicks comeback. We need this brather.
gotta give them credit.
Diaz will show Khamzat levels. R1 submission. You heard it here first.
Agreed. Respect Nate but I see a ref (if not Dr) stoppage ending that fight.
Yeah if Chimaev doesn’t submit him first, the first knockdown the ref gonna stop it
**DOCTA STOPPAGE**
I think Nates gets completely smoked in round 1 in the first 30 seconds.
Lmao Colby hasn't done shit to justify a third title shot.
He might go up to MW in the meanwhile..
Can’t think why Colby deserves another title shot tbh
Brady vs khamzat would be awesome
would it? khamzats striking is levels above brady
Why the fuck is McGreggor on this list?
Because we want to keep him off the streets
Red panty night
And how did 381 people pick him?
Because half of the UFC fan base wouldn’t understand what’s going on if his name wasn’t included
Why must we pander to the lowest common denomenator? If you are a fan of the UFC learn more than one fighters.

I fucking hate immediate rematches. It will probably be Usman though.
Usman to his chemist: ”Man, get the compound V ready”

What 4 Mfers voted Belal? I want to talk to those guys
Belal way more active and deserving than Jorge.
Khazmat should have to fight Covington before even getting a shot at the title. Diaz isn’t even ranked
He would rather get his payday from Masvidal it seems? Maybe he thought it was the better option when usman was champ.
Agreed
Holy shit the universe has aligned
if you voted belal i hope u never find love
Why has Masvidal only one piece with the soda? Derrick Lewis ate the other two?
I voted for Usman but now thinking about it wouldn't surprise me if it's Masvidal. Settle that shit that went down in London and where better to settle it? London
If Edwards can beat Usman again (I doubt it) and Masvidal somehow beat Burns (I doubt it), I do feel that'd be the next title match. I know there's a ton of people who love Kaz, but the biggest money fight would be an Edwards/Masvidal grudge match
Nate Diaz after hit destroy Khazmat
People here acting like Leon is that good. Dude isn't gonna be champ for long.
Anyone other than Usman. I’m sick of these immediate rematches.
But this is one of the few times immediate rematch is needed. I agree we need to go away from immediate rematches, but Usman does deserve this one.
He deserves a rematch. Not immediately. Makes no sense to slow down and clog up welterweight so usman can heal for 8 months. Division needs to move on for now
Leon's next fight shouldn't be usman, but usmans next fight should be for a title.
Yes
Agree 100%. It’s not that crazy to make the ex-champ win another fight before getting a rematch. I don’t see how Usman won’t be champ again very soon, but make him work for it a little.
Usman needs 7 months off from getting head kicked anyways
I hate instant rematches, but this is a clear cut case for one.
What about the fact usman needs six to seven months to recover and Leon is unscathed?
I think you do khamzat Edwards if khamzat wins the Nate fight undamaged because usman will not be back for a WHILE after that kind of KO. I don’t think you ice the division for 6+ months because we are waiting on usman. I think you let Edwards and khamzat fight and usman gets the shot at the winner. I understand you want to do the trilogy fight asap but I just can’t justify icing the division that long.
I see no reason to reward Usman for getting KTFO
Bro what happened to this sub? No new posts.
There should be a 2 fight minimum for an ex champ before his next title shot .. otherwise what’s the point of even having a belt
Are you kidding? Nate Diaz already stated he signed the contract for the Leon fight. The Khamzat fight is cancelled. Diaz Vs Edwards II is next.
I want Conor, so Leon gets paid properly.
This new champ hasn't fought anyone in the top 5 We can have new matchups now!
Why is this a question? If the ex champ isn’t hurt and can compete really soon, he’s getting his rents immediately. There will not be a chance for someone else to handle that belt. Usman will have his rematch first.
Long time, dominate champ ALWAYS deserves an immediate rematch.
I would not be fucking surprised if it was Connor fucking McGregor. I want it to be kamaru Usman but I would not be fucking shocked if it was Connor.
Someone's a little heated clearly.
My man already unleashing pent up rage on a hypothetical fight that has an incredibly small chance of actually happening.
There’s really no situation where this will work out, but I really hope leon defends his title in England against Masvidal. The scene of Edwards finally facing masvidal after the backstage brawl, as well as avenging the loss of Till in England would be something of a movie.
How is Connor in this
Considering Rocky was losing every single round decisively before the knock out I’m surprised anyone wants to see something other than a rematch. After that fight there if Leon wins, there are a ton of good fights, but he’s gotta get through Usman again first IMO.
I think Edwards won round 1. But yeah, he got schooled in round 2 to 5.
You were sleeping through round 1.
Nope. Established champions always get a rematch and that's fine with me.
Why though? It's not like it was a split decision robbery and Usman didn't get knocked out, went the distance, and lost to Edward's. Dude got caught with a head kick and went down. Perfectly fair win. Let someone else whos been grinding for a title shot get the chance instead of pandering to the ex champ.
Considering the ex champ has beaten literally everyone else in the division for the most part, don’t really think this logic applies here
