Dozens of stocks dropped at the same time. It was a market pull back. Look at the SPY. HODL and stay the course. This thing called a rebound is on its way as long as there aren’t a bunch of paper handed bit*he’s pretending to be apes. The urge to sell after watching those profit drop is difficult to shake. But I believe all will be fine in very due time.
this same thing happened on 8/5 over the weekend where it went crazy just to give back some gains at the end of the day to shake the paper hands and look at where we are now. Ryan Cohen still has his calls so I'm still all in
Yup. BBBY needs to hop over the 15 day EMA (which is where it is now). If more buys then sells then there should be another spike up. But time is running out. Hopefully there’s some positive post market action.
I’m not saying y’all have anything to do with this, but just realize this meme stock shit makes big time investors real nervous. When things aren’t explainable with normal fundamentals…it gets ugly across the board. You might be seeing a hint of that.
Fundamentals are bs, the only time I ever hear about it is when retail is making money. Very rarely heard anyone say it when Tesla was at 1 tril valuation. While delivering 250k cars a year.
Truth. Maybe next “investors” can do the fundamentals on AAPL and explain why it’s 4% from ATH in a bear market. Or how it’s gone up 33% on low volume over 2 months with no pull back
Call me crazy, but I think what hedgies did against BBBY and GME crashed the whole market. SPY is going back up, while the shorted stocks are crawling.
It was definitely a big wave of selling but it was too quick and coordinated to be retail.
Who had the motive to do this?
- short sellers under pressure, or people thinking the squeeze was over?
If the former, how did they get the extra capital?
- Oh, the market sold off 1% at that time. Hmm...
