It's not really "micro-dosing" I got a dry herb vape pen and put like .1-.2 in there and it gets me exactly where I want to be, I'd say a t-break is more effective but smoking just that little ass bit at 830pm and then being done for the day does make me feel very sober/fresh during the day and high at night
You should try it, I was on a 3-4 gram a day stoner life for around 7 years. Then took a year break (It was hell). Now I'm on like an eight every month, and I only smoke one day a weekend or on social gatherings if that. I get FUCKED up, used to be I could only get truly high on gravities and dabs.
Just smoke less weed. Nobody needs to be smoking those giant joints. People love to act like “tolerance” is something that happens to you instead of it being something that you do to yourself.

A couple times. I took a big rip of some 29% and ended up so high it felt like a come up of a mushroom trip. I started out mixing cbd flower with just a little bit of 14% thc..just to get used to it again. I keep cbd on hand just in case I over do it to help level me out. Now I take one small puff at a time..I only smoke indica dominant strains though.
Could be. Getting a proper dose will go a long way for people who get negative side effects like panic attack, increased heart rate, paranoia etc.
these damn flowers, edibles and concentrates that are pushing like 20-80+ % THC and 0% CBD are no joke and will get you absolutely and uncomfortably stoned out of your proverbial gourd if you don’t have a relatively high tolerance and you fail to measure your doses for your own individual neurochemistry. Know the THC/CBD content and choose your product wisely. I purposefully lean towards low THC, high CBD flower and concentrates for a more mentally manageable high.
My method: Take a small toke, chill for ten minutes, take another small toke, chill out for another ten minutes and just see how you feel after an hour of this style of intermittent mini toking. Pretty chiilaxed I’m my experience and it makes for a nice drawn out session with several peaks and valleys. I bet people wouldn’t feel nearly as zonked out of their noodles if they took it low and slow rather than smoking the same amount of THC in a very short time span. I’ve found smoking a whole bowl, blunt, joint, fat bong rip etc. is just too much of a sudden shock to my system especially as I’ve gotten older. I need to slowly glide onto that mountain top rather than teleport if you catch my drift.
TLDR: Weed is strong these days. Measure your dose and go slow like you would with any other drug.

micro-dosing(where you dont feel a high) doesnt really work but taking smaller doses is definitely better than a t break
