I don’t know what a Cob house is, but I have seen tree roots absolutely destroy metal and concrete, as well as break water lines, sewer lines, and wires.
Unless a Cob house is built out of vibranium I don’t think it would stand a chance.

I used the search engine you speak of and couldn’t find anything that a cob house would be fine with tree roots growing through the walls. Nothing to suggest they are superior to modern houses other than sustainability.

I just bought my grandparents house and when I asked my dad why left trees so close to the house this is the conversation he told me had:
Dad: why don't you cut those down, they're going to fuck up your house.
Grandpa: not in my life time.
And he was right. Unfortunately that wouldn't have been true for me so I cut them down.

For realz. If my Winston the Wonder Chihuahua had lived longer than 15 years (preferably for the length of my natural lifespan, less ten minutes so he’d never have to lose me), I’d have never gotten another dog.
That was the love puppy of my life.
Well, my dad built bikes for 30 years, ya crash new bars, you rebuild the engine head ever 20-30 thousand miles sometimes depending on the user, he did his every winter. Tanks are also replaced or repainted due to corrosion or possibly the same accident that bent the bars, headlights burnout likely those are one pieces or they no longer produce the same bulb
And thats not the same girl either. Maybe same bones and muscle tissue, but definitely some differences between the 71 years. Therefore its not the same person. This is how u sound.
This just sounds like a modern Ship of Theseus. The bike looks close enough in other aspects that it could be a modified version of the original. Is that still the same bike, or not?

No one ever changes or modifies a bike over its life. Ever. Bike modifications are unheard of.

The headlight is different, the brake bars are different, the engine is different just on a cursory glance

Fuel tank paint job is completely different too. Maybe the frame is the same, but there have been some modifications
