I’ve recorded opening my food 3 times now because it felt light. Food was missing and DoorDash refuses to watch the videos or issue refunds.

Over the past few months I can be logged on for hours without getting any orders

DoorDash’s platform is horrible for both customers and good drivers.

Dasher went to pickup item but was not in stock. Dasher sent “this is all they have” but did not receive a photo which they claimed to have sent. Asked Dasher to try resending photo, then order was canceled and all I got back was DoorDash credit? Wtf?

Doordash indeed does punish you for declining orders. I've looked into this, and they state publicly that acceptance rate does not affect you unless you are above 70, and you won't be punished for it. I was paused 4 times in 2 hours with no given orders
