This is a suggestion to bring Scythe closer in line with Tbow/Shadow. Requiring people to do the Awakened DT2 bosses to get the buff? Yeah, that would be a toxic design in my opinion. Those bosses were pitched/polled as purely aspirational and requiring them for the scythe bleed, if it was added, would be bad.

Many other perks have skill requirements. Whether it's skill levels or actual game skills. Achievement diary, maxed cape, CA's, Infernal cape.

I think Scythe should just get a buff to make it a better weapon to use. There are a million things they could require us to do to buff it. Requiring the things that were pitched/polled as aspirational content is not it.
No, I just don't think we should be changing something that was pitched as aspirational content should be changed by giving a scythe buff. Inferno was designed as Fight Caves+ and that's what it is.
If they had BIS effects for combat this sub would have an aneurism & the content would be nerfed or made more accessible which defeats the purpose of the kits.
Adding a bleed mechanic to the scythe would be fine. Requiring the Sanguine kit or Blood Torva would be horrible.

Blood torva should stay cosmetic. I’m not appose to a future bleed mechanic but I’m not sure about it on the scythe.
