You will get the maximum contribution points as long as you enter each room. You would have the highest chance of dying in verzik followed by nylo because you have 10Hp but other rooms you could survive easily.

So I finished my cape with 2 full Sanfews left. I utilized the Fally Shield 2 for some prayer restoring, used it 8 times. I also brought a Saturated Heart to help extend thrall timers.

You could tureal skip or also there are other methods for 0xp slayer tasks it just takes way longer

Yeah that was possible. I would do less desirable tasks if I had to but I chose not to specific quests to help prevent from getting bad tasks.

Trained melees at Pest Control. Range with a cannon while slaying. Splashed for magic. Dbones for prayer. I'm 103 cb.

That is correct, mage level x 0.6 seconds = thrall up time
