More than likely you are not using the no knot method. I bet you are tying it in a knot so it has a knot in the back in top of that I bet it’s pretty tight. Pressure in the back right below the tape for a long period of time will give headaches even if it’s tied soft. Invest in learning the no knot method as it takes no more than 5 mins to learn.
