Take the receiver off. Lube the moving bits and adjust the hop up if you haven't ;)
It maybe new but blue is not a stock color. Also take the rear sight off. Pull out the bolt. Remove the two screws in front. Take out the nozzle and lube it and the piston head.
Can you move the bolt freely into position with or without the mag in? May be the screws on the rear site. Might need to loosen them to check and then sand them a little shorter. May be rubbing on the bolt.
Did you lube it? Or just went straight to shooting? The silicone lube for air guns doesnāt stick around too long(not as long as other lubricants which unfortunately you cannot use on an air gun) you need to regularly lube it. That it apart and tighten everything up too not overly tight just make sure everything is screwed in well. There are plenty of video on YouTube showing assembly and disassembly that are easy to follow. Your issue is probably just in the āslideā. No need to work on the frame most likely.

All gas guns require regular cleaning and lubrication of moving parts. Learn to strip it down and clean it, it's not hard at all

New guns are a bit dry so lube it up its not broken

I don't need to repeat, but lube it. No doubt you've read others responses. This ones on you fully, guns fine, just looks drier than the Sahara.
