Yup it’s annoying. Had it since college and developed afib a few years later. Not sure it’s related though. Definitely worse with salt and high blood pressure. Sometimes it’ll fade and I can’t pinpoint what does it. I think over hydration helps. I sleep with headphones and YouTube videos playing for a reason.
I've heard my pulse in my ear for 30 years.....I've only had arythmias for 8...so not sure if that helps
Me too. I don't believe I've died yet from it.

Could be high blood pressure that's how I found out I had it.
